The unc health app is easy to use.

Too medical and not patient friendly enough. Like my PA, but not UNC so much.

This App is for the birds. I have tried and tried and my granddaughter has tried, also, for me to get into My Chart UNC. It does not work for me.

This is a good app. However it won’t let me log in. I found out that it still has my old phone as the admin and it won’t let me change to my new phone to be the admin.

Great doctors and nurses. I feel like a person as opposed to a number at the other office visited.

Very professional and so soo much bedside manners. Was made to feel absolutely comfortable .

My scheduled appointment was nowhere to be found in the app, in-app link to MyChart goes 404. Wonderful facility, horrible app. Deleted.

I thought this app would allow me to access my UNC health chart, but I received an error message each time I tapped the MyChart link.

The most truble getting in after closing out. I hate this app. It wo t hold my login info so I can’t reach my doctor.

Is a good app with all of your info for UNC Health here. Easy to use, see your information, share w/other health professionals, download, message, etc. Typical healthcare app. I recommend.

This ap is junk. Its not even an ap… when you use it to log in. It sends you to a website. So you might as well just log in online. It’s same thing. Again. This isn’t even an ap

Lately whenever I use app I have to.log in twice. First time I enter user name and password. It then goes blank says I have been logged out. Second login works. Please fix this

This app is mostly a shell for loading the website. The map at the top on the home screen defaults to Chapel Hill. I had to go to the locations tab at the bottom to center it where I live. Not for me since I will just go to the website directly.

MyChart Does Not Work!! Every time I try to go to MyChart, the link that I am supposed to be able to get my medical records, etc from has an Ooops this page cannot be reached message. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not work.

great app! works smoothly & effortlessly as expected. having access to all the information is awesome. only thing I don’t like is I can’t find a way to update my profile photo to a more recent one.

Mychart is the most important function for me as a patient in this app. Now when I try to access it I get an Oops We Can’t find that page message. That’s a big app fail.

Downloaded this expecting to actually easily access my chart and get appointment notifications. Instead it’s just a bunch of links to different places on their website. Really unhelpful, will be deleting.
