Description
I’ve been using UNest: Investing for Your Kids for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you save and invest money for your child’s future. Pretty solid if you’re into managing your family’s finances.
Here’s what you do: You can set up a custodial account and make regular contributions, either bi-weekly or monthly. There’s also this cool feature where you can earn money from brands you shop with. And the app’s got smart investing tools to help you grow the funds. Took me a while to figure some of it out, but it’s pretty user-friendly overall.
Look, if you’re a parent looking to build some wealth for your kids, you’ll probably like UNest. It’s not perfect – the fees can add up if you’re not careful – but it does the job. Worth checking out, in my opinion.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on UNest: Investing for Kids. I've tested a bunch of personal finance apps and this one's pretty solid. The core investing features work well and it's easy to set up and manage your child's account. And i like how it automates a lot of the savings and investing stuff so you don't have to be a finance expert. On the downside, the fees can get a bit high if you're not careful, and the app could use a more intuitive design in some areas. But overall, it's a reliable option for parents who want to start building a nest egg for their kids.
