Updated my review to 6 stars because the January update resolved all the app unavailability issues. 30% of the time, Unest app cannot connect to the server. Today , Jan 21, 2021, the app errors with "This version of the application is no longer supported". So I uninstalled the app and reinstall stalled the app to no avail. I have a Samsung S20 plus. The latest and greatest Samsung phone to date.

I downloaded the app and opened accounts for my kids and they never started the deposits. So after months of nothing I emailed them saying I wanted everything closed out so I wouldn't get any random charges later. When I told them to close the account, THEN they started taking money from my account. I've contacted them again saying I wanted the accounts closed and the money refunded that wasn't supposed to been taken out and I've only received part of my money back and have to contact them again

After some problems with the app, I decided to close my account. I was supposed to get a confirmation email but did not. I have reached out to customer support with no answers. This app is a scam. I just want my money but now fear that I have lost it. Update: Erica reached out to me and was more than willing to help with my concerns. She explained they are a realtively new app and have had some growth. She was willing to listen to my user input. Had a negative look that is now positive.

I don't have anything bad to say about it at this point. I like the app it's appealing in appearance. You can withdraw from your child's money for the child's needs which I love. Other companies make offers as well that gets you child more money invested in their future. From this parent, I am thrilled to find something like this to help me plan for my child's future. Definitely Recommend!

Set up this app to buy stocks for my kids, 7 more kids and an auto investment and it worked like a charm. I have read other reviews about the app being clumsy and unauthorized working and am very worried but I have been using it for over a month and have not seen a single problem.

EDIT: issues were resolved quickly, and either a link for support was added or (more likely) i missed it the first time. Is there a way to see what equities are in the funds or a way to see historical performance of the fund? Were off to a great start here. I wish they were a little more forthcoming with the fees, but again. I may have overlooked it.

I made the mistake of signing up for this app thinking it was something different. Once I realized it was not what I thought it was I tried to close it but they give absolutely no way to close it yourself or to remove your bank info as well as your personal information. I had to send a message to support to ask for my acct to be closed but after seeing many reviews stating support does not respond that they take your money I am not very concerned. Do not use this app, these reviews are fake.

I asked to cancel my account. I got an email asking to explain why and 2 separate times i did explain why and still asked to closed the account. Thinking it got closed looked at my bank this morning and they still pulled out the money causing my account to overdraft which not only cost me $30 more dollars, but i had to transfer money from another account costing me another $10.

So I wanted to update my review becausee I did have some issues last year with getting into the app and updating it. The Unest support team was really fantastic and promptly responded to my issue. Since then I've had absolutely no issue with accessing my account! Unest I a great option for me to save for my son's future and they offer so many different ways to contribute to my sons account other than my own contributions each month!

Well so far I'm not having a good experience. I set my accounts for my 3 kids. This morning I had a bank notification that a transfer had been made. I logged in to see which kid the payment went to but none of the accounts are showing. I just get a spinning circle that says please wait. I've restarted the app, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing works
