Zero support!! Paid for a subscription to access chats. After payment was made did not receive access to anything. Email the company multiple times and no response. They just stole my money. I'll have to file a fraud claim with my bank.
By the time the recovery email appears to reset your password, it's expired and you have to wait another hour for the next email....which will time out. And my password never changed. I just reinstalled the app.
Cannot create an account. Reverts to the main login screen after trying to upload, or trying to take a photo to upload. Verified the app was up to date. Un-installed and re-installed with no luck.
Is 0 stars an option? HORRIBLE APP!!! I paid the $7 subscription fee and it took almost 2 weeks to actually gain access to the premium features, which were worthless, because they don't work. Don't waste the time or money.
There are some glitches and blocking issues and upon contacting the complaint department, I received an emotionally charged rant about how hard the creator works on this app and how their life is overwhelming and I should just cancel my subscription. How unprofessional and silly this person is. Don't give these people your money for this low grade app because they're providing you with a junk service to use while they happily spend your money and flaunt it on their many tiktok accounts.
Canceling monthly subscription. Messages do not work. No response when emailed to bring it to their attention. Even joined a live on tiktok and asked about it. Got brushed off and told no one else is complaining. Great idea, just not executed well. And no one seems to care.
They want you to pay to talk to anyone which defeats the whole purpose of a dating app. Took 24 hours to be approved and there wasn't anyone within a 150 mile radius. It's a neat idea but the app feels half baked and asking for money to talk to people is just making your app useless for the average user.
Was working well even though not many people were within 500 miles of me....but now all the app does is crash even after reinstalling. I went with the paid subscription and haven't been able to do anything in a couple months :-(
The app is slow and generic. Only 25 unicorns and 10,000 couples. Paid premium for 6 months, and what a waste. Had the app over a year and had many conversations with other couples looking for unicorns that don't exist! If you are interested in meeting other couples, this app is for you.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It wouldn't let me finish signing up but then when I try to start again it says there already an account with my email so I try logging in and it says wrong password so I click forgot my password and it just sticks on the loading screen and does nothing else
