Zero support!! Paid for a subscription to access chats. After payment was made did not receive access to anything. Email the company multiple times and no response. They just stole my money. I'll have to file a fraud claim with my bank.

By the time the recovery email appears to reset your password, it's expired and you have to wait another hour for the next email....which will time out. And my password never changed. I just reinstalled the app.

Cannot create an account. Reverts to the main login screen after trying to upload, or trying to take a photo to upload. Verified the app was up to date. Un-installed and re-installed with no luck.

Is 0 stars an option? HORRIBLE APP!!! I paid the $7 subscription fee and it took almost 2 weeks to actually gain access to the premium features, which were worthless, because they don't work. Don't waste the time or money.

There are some glitches and blocking issues and upon contacting the complaint department, I received an emotionally charged rant about how hard the creator works on this app and how their life is overwhelming and I should just cancel my subscription. How unprofessional and silly this person is. Don't give these people your money for this low grade app because they're providing you with a junk service to use while they happily spend your money and flaunt it on their many tiktok accounts.

Canceling monthly subscription. Messages do not work. No response when emailed to bring it to their attention. Even joined a live on tiktok and asked about it. Got brushed off and told no one else is complaining. Great idea, just not executed well. And no one seems to care.

They want you to pay to talk to anyone which defeats the whole purpose of a dating app. Took 24 hours to be approved and there wasn't anyone within a 150 mile radius. It's a neat idea but the app feels half baked and asking for money to talk to people is just making your app useless for the average user.

Was working well even though not many people were within 500 miles of me....but now all the app does is crash even after reinstalling. I went with the paid subscription and haven't been able to do anything in a couple months :-(

The app is slow and generic. Only 25 unicorns and 10,000 couples. Paid premium for 6 months, and what a waste. Had the app over a year and had many conversations with other couples looking for unicorns that don't exist! If you are interested in meeting other couples, this app is for you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It wouldn't let me finish signing up but then when I try to start again it says there already an account with my email so I try logging in and it says wrong password so I click forgot my password and it just sticks on the loading screen and does nothing else

Not happy, I paid for the premium subscription and I can't even search for people within a certain radius of my location. Every time I try it says access not granted to do that. So all I can do is look at new people and featured. What's the point if I pay and can't even search in a certain area.

useless. I had this and paid for a 1 month premium and at first it wasn't bad... then they "migrated " everything to a new platform or something and now there's no profiles etc.....so I practically wasted my money. Just hard to imagine how there was tons of profiles before and now there's none and I lost a conversation I had in my inbox

I'm trying to make an account but when i do so and select the boxes "I am a couple" and "Looking for a unicorn" a heart in the middle appears thats beating every second. I've been waiting several minutes for something to happen but it just didnt. I'm not sure this is a real app.

App hasn't worked right since day 1. I've had it several months now trying to hang in there but I'm done, today was it for me. Everything seems to be completely m.i.a. Our profile descriptions, photos, etc. No one actually messages and talks to you even though it says you had "visitors, matches etc". IF you can manage to get someone to talk to you 9 out 10 times they're either fake or flake out on you. I live in NY and there's hardly ANY unicorns?! No way. Paid good money for no results.

Can't do anything without paying 😒 🙄. I have two chats, and it keeps going to pay 9.99 upgrade to ______. Can't look at it or read with paying all it will let me do is make a profile. I can't add more pictures without paying ether. Pay wall everything unless you just like Browning only. So pretty useless unless you Pay.

So buggy. Messages don't go through, no active users in my area even though it shows them in search. Tried to find a "help" button on the app to see if there was something glitchy that I was missing, but no help or support button. Makes you pay money to be active in search, so it's hard to find matches. Not worth it for me. Wish I didn't sink money into this app.

Disappointed... I downloaded the app because the ad looked intriguing. I signed up and waited for my account to be "approved". when it was, I ran to log in and saw that if I don't pay the membership, I can't access chat or even see others profile pics? So unless you pay, you can't really participate in this ap.

You have to pay to do anything on this app. At least allow chats, then charge for extra features. I pay for memberships on other apps I feel is worth it. Another thing, there is nothing but couples looking for unicorns, but there are no unicorns, which I know is not the apps fault.. but it's not worth paying $7/month for what I can find on other apps that I pay for.

Love the app! It seems a little buggy at times and when trying to do certain things, videos mainly. It unfortunately doesn't let me view the videos I post in my gallery. Also if using the Google play application, it doesn't always show profile gallery's if the user has more than a profile picture to view. The desktop version does. But not the application. Overall its an amazing platform and I've had nothing but nice/respectful connections while using. Very excited to see the application progress

They charge you to do anything at all on the app and you have no idea if it's even worth trying. I kind of assumed there would be at least Some free features, esp2ciqlly for a 🦄 unicorn, but there isn't. It shows like 7 people have viewed my profile even though it's not been published as viewable in search yet because I haven't paid. Seems a bit scammy to me.
