Description
I’ve been using UniFi Identity Endpoint for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you seamless access and control over your workplace stuff – you can unlock doors, connect to WiFi, access the VPN, and even view security cameras, all without having to enter a bunch of credentials every time. Pretty handy if you’re in an office setting.
The main features are things like one-tap door unlocking, one-click WiFi and VPN connection, file sharing, making calls, and checking security camera feeds. It’s got a lot of useful productivity tools all in one place. Took me a bit to figure out how to use some of the features, but once you get the hang of it, it works really well.
Look, if you work in an organization that uses UniFi stuff, you’ll probably find this app super helpful. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times and the softphone feature is kinda basic. But overall, it gets the job done and makes your work life a bit easier. Worth checking out if you’re in that kind of environment.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on UniFi Identity Endpoint. I've tested a bunch of business productivity apps and this one's pretty solid. The seamless access to things like WiFi, VPN, and security cameras is a huge time-saver. And the door unlock feature is really convenient too. That said, the UI feels a bit dated and the softphone feature is quite basic compared to dedicated apps. But for the core functionality it offers, I'd say it's a pretty good option if you're in a UniFi-centric workplace. Not gonna blow you away, but it gets the job done.
