I love the ability to check in store what is acceptable. However, something is wrong. The scanner says a certain item is accepted to be purchased, but when you get to the register, the product isn't. So either fix the app or make an accurate list that states what products are acceptable. I'm tired of having to go through the process of rescanning my items to remove the items flagged.

The app itself is fairly easy to navigate. However, trying to use the app to find out if a food or product etc. is covered isunreliable. I scanned many items in the store just to get acquainted with what may or may not be covered. The only items I had in my cart app said were covered. Was not the case when I checked out. Close to half the $ amount spent was not covered and there isn't anything to say what wasn't. Embarrassing to say the least!!! Never expected to have to pay. 1st time using it.

The app jumps around and isn't user friendly. Instead of sending items from the closest Walmart, they send them from 3 or 4 states away, which takes 10 -14 days instead of 2. Plus that has to cost more in shipping costs for them. I don't get it. This is a wonderful perk that UHC offers, but I think I'll stick with talking to a human being, which seems to go smoother when I order.

The app is horrible at grabbing Garmin data and giving you rewards. I've been on the phone no less than 4 times over the past 6 months and they refuse to fix "THEIR" issues. my Garmin records and displays all the data correctly in the Garmin connect app. it's the UHC app that sucks and doesn't pull the data correctly. It grabs the step count correctly 90% of the time, but it's less than 50% accurate for grabbing movement activities and times.

I just installed and there are several problems. Chat is offline even though it's the middle of a weekday (within their stated business hours) I would be chatting now but it's not open. The Feedback button goes to a blank page and then vanishes, otherwise I would be leaving feedback right now. There was supposed to be a survey that disappeared otherwise I would be leaving a survey. But the most infuriating thing is that every time you open it you have to sign in and this is so inconvenient!!!!!

Multiple times this app has forced me to change passwords claiming what I know to be accurate is not, and the lengthy requirements for doing so are preposterous and insulting. Therefore, as often as not, I am unable to access my account. I reached out for support and was passed-presumably to several departments-eventually to be told they couldn't (wouldn't) help me for obscure, varying reasons. This has become so arduous that I feel compelled to switch insurance company at my first opportunity.

They need to cover a lot more of the OTC items in the stores with the dual complete insurance. They also need to make up their minds when you scan a product on if something is covered or not when you scan it. One minute it is covered, the next minute it isn't covered. Humana covers everything. First, something is covered, and then suddenly, it is not.

The first year the app worked great. I use the scanning tool for groceries. then a year ago the entire app quit. I would go to sign in and just at the spot where it logs in it immediately locked right back out to the Blue log in screen and says we're sorry something went wrong and that's it. it never works for me on any phones. . customer support has not been able to help. nobody has so I'm missing out

First year with United and it can be frustrating! No catalog? What's that about? Maybe it saves you money, but it's awful for us. Also using your app in the store is terrible! Items that should be covered isn't according yo your app. or it will say not in catalog So what am I supposed to do? Cross my fingers and hope it's accepted? According to your app, the fresh meat is never accepted. and some of the veggies as well. Do better, UHC!

I'm trying to find an orthopedic surgeon, But the orthopedic surgeons listed are either PCP or don't have a live person answering and the machine doesn't recognize my number punched as actual input. The last part is not the apps fault, but I have run into many discrepancies in the list of providers over time. anything from wrong field of work, wrong numbers and not showing the provider that I just visited. Also when I minimize the app, to make notes or a call, I have to log back in.

Having the rewards on the U Card is a pain. I'd rather save my rewards until the end of the year and treat myself, it would be more efficient on a separate card. Also, my wife and I have tried to scan items to make sure they are covered on my card, and most of the time, the app freezes or kicks you out completely. We try to shop smart and sometimes buy store brand products. However, some store items are not covered but the more expensive is covered. It doesn't make sense.

I was on the phone with UHC for a half an hour, for them to tell me, that they couldn't help me, as there's no longer any support for the app over the phone They then told me to get on the app, and go to chat, as they could help me Mind you, I have a relatively straightforward question...I'm trying to use the product scanner, but when I hit the scanner, I get a blank, pixalated screen So, it's either the app, or my phone, fine It says there's an option to just enter the barcode, I don't see that

The once and only time I tried to use it after tech helped me install, when I called to replace lost card in June, found it difficult and problematic. Why does EVERYTHING!! need a password or make the password part of an individual acct #, couldn't access the products, when I did, they were out of stock. Just too difficult to get thru and find you still can't get products you need. At this stage, life should be easier, $40.00!!! it's just not worth it. keep mine.

app was excellent the first year I had it but now I had to talk to several people in customer service and now I can't access my information there is no problem on my end. I tried to log in and the app will not open. just kicks me out. there is no other app that I have a problem with only the United healthcare one I have tried every trouble shooting thing they've told me to use they told me there's nothing they can do I have absolutely no problem with any other app on my phone only this one

Find a different insurance company, barring that use the website. App doesn't load all the options for pretty much anything in any scenario, checking the website give 5 times the results. Cost estimate? Who knows? Name and address for multiple different facilities? It may surprise you but they're actually all the same place with the same name, same address and same phone number. Unless you close the app entirely and choose a different place the first time. Then every place becomes that place.

Although it's a blessing to have the benefits of a healthy food and OTC card. I've experienced many very embarrassing moments while shopping or checking out. I'll scan every item to make sure it's covered and most of the time, not every time but very often I get up to check out and they scam my card and then tell me how much is due. If I have anything in the bank or on me, no problem. Even though I need that money and I shouldn't have to pay if it's covered. But when I don't, it's AWFUL! 😓

Wasn't bad, until recently. unfortunately, with the new Android update, I cannot use 3-button navigation and be able to chat with an advocate. after disabling my 3-button navigation, I could chat, but the chat box was hidden below my keyboard and I was typing blind. I also am not able to end chats, as the top banner pushes up into the notifications bar at the top of my phone, rendering it useless. I hope this is an intermediate bug, as it makes chatting really difficult.

It used to be a pretty straightforward, convenient app, but for months now, entire sections just don't work. Every time I try to check the UCard Rewards Hub or search for a provider, it gives me an error message saying the service is "temporarily unavailable". I've tried updating, I even tried deleting and reinstalling.... still doesn't work. These are the only things I even need the app for, so since they don't work anymore, the app is basically useless for me.

The app is only good for checking my rewards balance. I got an email with an embedded link to see changes to my plan. But when I tried to log in, it didn’t recognize my ID or my passwords. (I use a password encryption app, so I didn't forget.) After three tries, it locked me out. I can only use my fingerprint ID to log into the app, but there is no access to notifications or documents from the app. I'm right back where I started --LOCKED OUT!!!

Have been using over two years. Have had no issues until this year with the Activity Tracking. It started in January and every month since, I have to resync my Fitbit tracker on the first day of the month! Never had to do that before. once it was synced, I was all set. Then 2025 began and the app changed. I hope they will look at this and fix it, so that once synced, it stays synced.
