Horrible app kicks you out and won't let you in. Makes it hard to attach soundcloud I used 4 different devices and finally 1 worked. It uploaded to a different spotify account not mine. Kept saying my samples in the song I could not use and therefore could not upload. The one a month option kept suspending till I went on trial and was conveniently kicked out after I added payment details. This app is a scam and a nightmare to deal with. Don't waste your time go with a company like distrokid.

they take your music down if you don't renew your membership! I lost my other account an ne very got back into it. you have no control over anything

I love this app for being able to upload some of my songs to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, but only being able to upload one release a month is kind of dumb in my opinion. We should be able to submit at least releases per month that have under 12 songs each. Besides this, I am currently having an issue that doesn't allow me to put the details in my track. I fill out all the credentials and it says "Error - Your artist name should not be included as a featured artist", when thereisNothingThere

have problems not access my account on crome to get details .. I'm so frustrated before 3 days so bad service don't use anyone United master music distribution app that's my personal appearance...

i had a membership of debut+ bit it didn't act like i did, which seems like a breach of contract/agreement. i paid 20 for the membership, even after i hit cancel i still have membership til nov 12, so why am i restricted/limited with such membership "benefits". you have 24 hours to fix or I'm reporting and will at least look into a suit not just to wear, but to file for given reason in feedback (3rd line after 1st coma. of course i can't upload proof. what a surprise i can't use my screenshot.

best help so far although I feel like the subscription is much and if you can bring a free plan were we can upload songs for free and split royalties but outside this the app is the best so far

I just recently started using it. I like the fact that's it's very easy to use because it's hard to find easy to use distribution apps. All I can say is that if you are going to upload for free, you don't really have alot of streaming platforms to put up your music but I believe that putting up your music everywhere using this app (that is after you upgraded) is the best thing.

United Masters is as bad as bandlabs. united masters takes your tracks down when track do good so you don't get paid. they say it's artificial streaming, what's that??? I didn't cause any artificial streaming so why am I getting penalized. united masters can shove their subscription up their rectum cuz that's two tracks they took off and another track they changed with an old track and they say they had every right .. I don't have to save you ppl either and laugh when ya beg

this app is good except the fact that they will not pay you unless you subscribe to their debut.aside that the app is the best so far.

Very useless music distributor. When I read about them on trustpilot, I tot the guys were exaggerating about them so I ignored them. They said these lot don't respond unless you're on their Select or Partner plan, which is like $59.99 yearly. I signed up with them and several times I emailed them for an issue, they never responded. I was so disappointed. I deleted the account and stayed with tunecore cos that one is still better. Atleast they respond most times 🤷‍♀️.

Hi! I'm Sonu Gokhale. I already used this application he's not working properly many times I facing technical issues. Because I upload my own song but he's give me some issues and i show my song error in this application he's not showing any issues. he's not perfect. He's Froud application for new singer because he's asking first you get any subscription then he's showing technical problem. And he's big problem on this application and website.

I was with guys for 12 months. Started off ok. Then they held my money because they were "curious" about my work. I had to threaten legal action. Customer service is slow and not helpful at all they guide on how you do their job for them. They distribute but to wrong accounts and you're constantly following up every release. Streams went up but money went down. I deleted my account and now moving on. Shame though. Seemed like a cool place but just disappointment after disappointment 😞

I had an issue with my subscription not being recognized through the app. so after I paid for the select subscription the app kept asking me to pay for it again and wouldn't allow me to upload more music. so I spoke with representatives at United Masters and they communicated with me the whole way and assist me as much as they could. I then also contacted Google Play and they assisted me as best as they could as well and there behalf. So regardless of what happened they did help me period.

Bad app, I can only import one song then I have to pay for the rest, I don't like the fact you have to pay for everything on the app, I would give this zero stars but I can't.

UnitedMasters unfortunately has fallen to greed and has forgotten that it's because they offered to release albums on all music platforms for free is why they are where they are today. Over the years it slowly took certain features away from its users locking them behind a paywall. What was once they're marketing brand to offer distribution for free is no longer available essentially going against what they stood for. Thus taking advantage of talented artists just like the rest of the industry.

This app has serious technical difficulties. When signing up, whatever you put in as a password, doesn't work. Even after you get the automated assistant to help alter your new password, without hiding it, so you know exactly what was entered, can't get it. If they can't even have a working app, it does little to have confidence with anything else they do.

Uploading my music to spotify unlocked a whole new audience that I never captured on other platforms. This app was very good at 1st, however, I've been unable to log in to my account. And when I try to reset my password it says "we're unable to find an account registered with this email". I love the interface and convenience of the app but I need something more reliable. Wouldn't recommend.

"release music once a month" means one song per month. This app is a total pile of absolute garbage. Why one song per month? Because that's what you get when you can't pay them to do it for you. Because they'd lose so much resources if you uploaded a whole album for, dare I say it, free, with no annual subscription. I've been looking for somewhere to upload my music for free, and turns out, I'm still looking, because this absolutely greed filled, rotten company sucks.
