this app its great ! this app is very useful for those who dont know where to start .
Either it's some evil loser digital hacker=society's-unrecyclable-trash disabling the app possibly hired by evil creepy losers, or the app's unethical employees discriminating users' IP addresses while not caring about medical abuse sometimes advertised. The app sometimes doesn't let my writing be uploaded on the app's free chat board. Unlike other apps, this app started to logged out by itself occasionally after I started to upload inquiries or writings. I hope the 'errors' get fixed.
UNNI has made it easier for foreign customers to book medical treatment/procedures in Korea. It is similar to Babitalk but with added services and features. It is available in English language, and offers various concierge services such as personal interpreter service, airport pick up and drop off services and more. Currently, UNNI offers these services for FREE for a limited time as part of the opening promotion! So thankful to have this service! 💞
So helpful, all clinics and procedures are detailed in the app. It makes the research on surgeons much easier, and you can also check others patients results and experience.
If you are fluent in Korean and want to use the app in Korean, it seems that you must change your phones language settings to Korean to do so, you can not change it within the app. 한국어로 사용 하고싶은데 핸드폰 영어로 설정 되어있어서 한국어로 사용 뭇하는거 말이됩니까? 언어 편경 할수 있게 해야죠. Switched language as advised, but it only changes some and not all content. Also I am still getting pushed content for places with translators that I do not need and duty free foreigner promotions that as a resident I am not eligible for.

I think It's really useful to find good clinics. Only thing is that you need to be able to talk korean or have someone who can help you. Some clinics might not have translators and the app is in korean. Even though my korean isn't fluent I was able to find the best clinic for me. I recommend it. Especially compared to other applications have more clinics on list, so I really recommend. I'm so thankful this application that I met my hospital...is great, couldn't be happier.🙏
Amazing app for research purposes. There's a lot of reviews and promotions via Unni's platform. Additionally, they also offer translating services if you need it for your appointments.
The apps is easy to navigate and auto translate into English language which is a very good function for people who don't understand Korean language

the UNNI app was a pivotal resource for researching reliable clinics and doctors! There's lots of opportunities to deep dive into different services and the app even shows the recovery experiences of individual patients, showing a daily and weekly process of their healing journey, which I thought was incredibly helpful. I was specifically looking for skin booster treatments, and they had a wide range of clinics and offerings where you can reach out to the clinic and they respond to you quickly!
The UnniGuide service is amazing! They replied super quickly and made me feel way more confident about my clinic choice. I loved that they offered a free interpreter, that helped so much! Plus, the app has so many reviews, it made comparing and choosing clinics so much easier and faster. Really happy I used it!
UnniGuide was so helpful as a foreigner wanting to read genuine reviews left at clinics. It made things so straightforward with reaching communicating with different clinics and having it all in the one app.
This app doesn't work. It won't load and just gives the error "we're having problems to load data"
Their concierge service (only available via WhatsApp) is not responsive. The app says you can book a translator service but when you go through the channel as directed on the app, there is no one answering your questions or helping you book.
app keeps crashing, Ive uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, checked for app updates and phone updates but continues to crash, and restarted my phone. been like this for 3 days now.
This is a great repository for many reliable and professional clinics for plastic surgery in South Korea. I was able to find the clinic that I felt the best fit with and was able to communicate with them and received and accurate quote, so I knew what I was working with. This app is so convenient and user friendly, I really enjoy it and I continue to come back every so often just to look around! I highly recommend.
