this had legs on my big TV The phone is okay but it lags in my big TV can't watch it and I think about getting rid of this junk app

I am so hooked on the Heartland series. it's good to be able to enjoy watching good, clean entertainment .

My 11 year old and my self have been pleased. Pleasurable entertainment! Wholesome. Good value. update: Been watching for about 2 years total now, and it meets our needs. We average 2-4 hours TV time a week occasionally 6. We have this and one other major app. Keeps us happy. Would like to see a few more family TV series for preteen and up.

picture is always stuttering. this happens in multiple locations and on multiple high-speed Wi-Fi's.

Hard to cancel subscription needs to be easier and why cant u cancel it on app have to go some were else to do it and still hard . needs to be fixed.i have sent many emails and still no answer or fixed what I need 👎👎👎

worked for a while but now it can't find my Chromecast devices to cast to even though all other apps can. I can't use the service without that working. I want my money back. Besides, I thought since it had the love comes softly series it would have a bunch of other good stuff but it's just romance after romance, loved this guy but now switching to this other guy movies. None of the old moral classics. It doesn't even have the newer moral shows like Mom's night out and fireproof.

Movies are good, but app is not. I'm very disappointed. Every time I stop watching a show it doesn't save my progress. When I go back to watch it it says to start from the beginning. I sent an email, but haven't heard back yet. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it's still is doing the same thing. I went into the settings and I do not have it selected to hide the row that is supposed to show where I can resume watching where I left off. I'm going to be canceling due to this issue.

Being charged monthly but content is locked. No way to contact anyone and help Center didn't solve anything. Update: Customer Service contacted me via email and they were able to resolve the problem. So I changed my rating from a 1 to a 4. I rate Up Faith & Family 5 stars for the shows they provide and the app but I struggle with email being the only way to contact customer service. They were quick to respond and resolve the issue but communication via email is not for everyone.

I've had this app for about 2 weeks and I love it! There are so many great movies to watch with my family. In these 2 weeks, I think we've already watched maybe 10-12 movies. I decided to get the year subscription because it's like around $4.50/month versus the $5.99/month. I'm excited to see what else will be added in the coming months. If they keep adding great movies like they have now, I have a feeling I'll be keeping my subscription for a very long time.

I have had this app for 1yr, I was up for a subscription renewal. I renewed my subscription, now I try to continue to watch movies but it does not allow me to do so. I keep receiving error messages, indicating I need to renew my subscription or I do not have a subscription through the play store. I've uninstalled the app, logged out and logged back in, even tried different devices and still have the same issues.

I was loving this app. I was watching The Wedding Do Over and had like 25 minutes left. Then the actors voices sounded weird so I backed out to see if bringing the movie back up would fix it and then the movie was gone. When you search it on the app it no longer pulls up. Really disappointing. Honestly I would just like to finish the movie...

This app is still scrolling, will not stay loaded. Tried reboot, log out/log in, and even made sure nothing else on internet signal- nothing is working. We start watching show then it starts threading and won't clear. I have exhausted all technical things to clear, hasn't been successful. Please fix this, you'll end up losing customers if this doesn't get resolved. Oh by the way, I have Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ for my family, I'm able to view all of these without issue. It works. This doesn't have anything to do with the app. I like "Touch by an Angel" I don't like that the station it self cuts out parts so they can do another commercial before it's ending! Also, it's decided what episodes we can watch or not watch. They replace episodes with related episodes of run off show "Promise Land" which works. They r related. It would be awesome to be able to see all episodes w/o being screened as I'm a child? Stand tall show all!! Let me decided what to watch.

The problem isn't content, but how you access that content. Firstly, there is only a small synopsis per video with no date, or list of actors to show what version it is. Secondly, when searching content and select view all, it only shows one column of thumbnails on the left side, wasting a lot of time to review them all. Lastly, I hate the rewind, and forward search. Hit one, and the cursor is off and going until you hit play. It's impossible to find your mark.

Good choice of movies. Signed up for the 14 free days and w/o notice 5.99 deducted from my account. No problem. Guess I forgot to cancel a 2nd time so another $5.99 deducted on 10/21. Go to sign in to watch a movie says email is not registered/valid and to renew. But I can't do that because no registered email? At this point since I can't sign in I decided (try again) to cancel. So I follow the instructions only to find out its not on my list of subscriptions to cancel. 🤯

I am trying to logged into the app and it's not allowing me to. I put in my password and I am getting an error fine, I hit forgot password and it says it's sending me a link but no link appears. I have been trying for the past hour without success. there's no way for me to log in and cancel the subscription so I'm an annoyed at this point.
