Update! 1 star to 3. They are slow and have issues. But I was able to cash out 100 dollars out of 500 I put in. After 2 months I was finally allowed back in and luckily everything went up since Feb 13th. If your in it to quickly trade be extremely cautious ⚠️ you'll be disappointed. If your in it for the long haul. Go for it. Good luck and I really hope they start doing better. I tried to buy 500usd in CRED but system said try again later. Damit tried to get it low.

Server upgrade made it way more stable. The wide variety of currencies it supports is definitely a plus that's not offered with many platforms. However that's pretty much all the good I have to say. The fees and markups are insane. I was buying DOGE, almost submit the request, then I saw they were charging a "market rate" of 10c per coin, which was trading at 4.3c. So immediately upon buying I'd have lost huge. Use Kraken, if you can't set your own price you're getting ripped off.

I was in love with this app. But 2 weeks ago my card just starts getting declined. I have no idea why, no notification or anything. I have close to 10k in there, it ought to work. I have called every number I can find. And have sent multiple emails over almost two weeks. I have not gotten one answer or reply to anything. This is the most abysmal customer service I have ever (not) encountered. I'll be happy to fix this review if I could simply get some help!!

App causes a lot of delay in trading. I am locked out for 24 hours because I bought a new phone. Also the app is not easy to use. I can't find where to access the secret keys to the cryptos or how to send cryptos to people's crypto wallets for pricbases. I'm not sure how this app is useful. Update: I found where to send my funds on the mobile app. However, again uphold is wasting time with a 20 hour hold on my account. This is not in spirit of crypto. It reminds me of archaic banking systems.

Uphold app forces you to buy higher and sell lower than their own market quotes. Attempted to buy xrp and preview showed .414, switched to sell and it dropped to .392. Switched back and forth several times and prices remained the same, so it's not as if the market moved weird I asked my order. Market quote tab on the app at the same time showed .404 for current price. No option for limit orders It doesn't matter that Uphold claims not to charge fees, you're still getting screwed.

For one, their app never worked properly. And when I reached out to customer service and they were absolutely terrible. I sent a message to try to get it resolved, and 5 days later, after missing out on transactions, I still hadn't heard back from them. So I told them that they sucked and that I was just going to switch to a different platform they decided that they weren't going to let me use their platform anymore! Haha, good riddens! Beware people!!!

Im not sure if this is a real app. I would avoid this app. I can't get a response from a real person. I have a question, but you need a transaction id number and the chat box is down. My account have been locked for weeks. I'm glad, I didn't transfer more crypto to this app!!! Ps I looked at some of the other comments. I noticed something in common with most of the top comments and something with the worst...did you?

Since posting here they have since cleared my account.---------- Horrible experience!! I have followed all steps and transferred over Crypto only to be told my account is under review and my account is restricted. I have probably sent about 7 different communications to no avail. I cannot transact and I'm missing out on trades for no apparent reason. On top of that, not a single person is available to help me, which makes it seem like a scam.

Horrible experience. Downloaded to buy some ADA and ZIL, thinking it was a good option. It's not. You can't stake either. On top of that, the ADA was purchased with bank ACH, which imposes a RIDICULOUS 65 day freeze (I don't CARE how much fraud there is; you hide this rule until it's too late) before you can transfer your coins to an external wallet, or even withdraw back into your own bank account. Do not use, I can't emphasize enough.

Terrible app! I don't know if there are any better crypto trading apps. But i would never download this one again. The fees are too high. They get higher in moments something is going up in value quickly when you are trying to buy And stalls a second until it's done jumping so you lose what you would have gained either with a warning message and then changing the amount without showing what the new amount is. When you sell it drops before it completes, you lose money again. Lost 90% in 2 months!
