"free free free" everything in the description said free. Forces you to create an account to use the app. First thing that pops up after making your account is a free 7 day trial then it's $19.99 a month after. Liars...

EDITED* not optimising from day 2 so the first day i installed and used the app fully for 70 stops, optimisation worked. the 2nd day and 3rd day, will not complete optimise, screen just shows please wait........... i am still withing the free pro trial until the 5th nov. this needs to be fixed ASAP, Android 10 Huawei Mate 20x *why does the app zoom out every time when completing each stop, its very annoying, we should be touching the screen less often, not more than other apps available.

It got slow several times. I was just checking features before the actual route that i wasn't planing to check to find out that I couldn't delete or modify the routes so i cant really test it now. A waste of time

Since the current update anytime you re-optimize it during the route the time restarts. Also, it tries to take me the wrong way on a one way street. Other than this it is a good app. If this is addressed quickly I will change my rating of the app.

Amazing route planner app. Easy and fast. Great support . They were super quick to respond on live chat, helped me set up my account on web and phone both. Really fast routes, better than other apps out there. 10/10

Easy to use. Some minor improvements needed especially in email reports. It would be nice to get to one stop and use the precise location and save it as I would name it. But I find it difficult to do when I have multiple drops and need to either, stop the route to edit or try an alternative

Had a Samsung A5 and App got slower and slower with every address entered especially after 20 addresses. I recommend S line cellphones or phones with very good up to date processors. Really like the Log feature with optional comments and pics when customers say they didn't get their delivery. Waze and Google maps don't update their maps on a regular basis is a complaint. Also wondering if reoptimization gives me proper timing.

Try to use the app for the first time to plan a road trip. Cannot login with google account, gives java lang exception. Then tried a password reset on browser, successfully logged in, but the app login is giving same error. Entered trip plen in browser... cannot plan route, asks me to log in via app to upgrade... but that is not working. Very bad experience toll now. And o have no idea if it would work, how much will i have to pay to plan my vacation roadtrip with my kids. Update: now it works..

Optimization is not very good, many times is has created routes which skip an address that is across the street from another address that's on the list only ,to come back to that same location later on the route. Unable to add team members... fix these 2 things and it's 5 star.

It takes over 10 minutes per address so when u have between 40 and 60 stops it takes so long to put them in. It freezes up my phone to where i have to restart it 2 times a day. I have paid for the premium version and im going to cancel soon because i need an app that will work with me...not against me

I used this app to help me on my newspaper route and it was the worst! I couldn't see the notes I made for each stop, the optimazation was the worst and probably made my route about 2 hours longer, and to no fault of Upper Route but Waze and Google Maps were horrible to use for this type of work. Do yourself a favor and stick to the basic use of a map, it will save you hours of your life!

As a courier a fast reliable app is extremely important. This app consistently freezes up and it takes me an hour to add 40 stops that should only take me 15 minutes at the most... I am constantly getting app is not responding notices it gets so aggravating. They will not be getting any more of my money

Clean IU design, cleanest address lookup, and most intuitive presentation of route details of all the many routing apps I'm comparing - as a brand consultant, the bad logo design is an eyesore. If there were a lifetime option, I might have considered keeping this. As it is, I opted for another option for its free route limit of 12 stops and free reverse route compared to 10 free stops and no free reverse route in Upper.

I really liked this app it was great at predicting addresses, which saved valuable time as a courier. Easier than Zeo app to enter drops even with the ability to use the mic to enter the stops. Would be nice if it would calculate time that you are stopped so you can see which deliveries are taking longer on the route. The reason I cancelled my $20 subscription was because for two days it wouldn't optimize my route. Costing time and money. Unreliable, no time to contact support on a busy day.

Changed my review from 2 to 4 stars. Working quite well after using it the last 3 months. Today it updated and after I create my route I cannot expand the list by pulling up on thr 3 lines above the list. Only being able to see 3 of my stops at a time makes it cumbersome to organize my papers for the route. Would be great if we could see all the stops in a smaller list. Until then please fix the expand button.

Basically, this app opens Google Map and "Optimizes" it for multiple stops, which also means adding start and delivery times. However, to be remotely useful, entering only an arrival time into the app should have it calculate the departure time automatically. This is not the case. You will not receive any guidance on when to leave, or even see the remaining travel time in the app. Leaving early means it simply adjusts your arrival time. Which is hilarious and useless.

The worst customer service EVER!!! I asked for support SEVERAL times and requested refunds as well, but no one would assist me at all. The app has many issues, and customer service does ABSOLUTELY nothing to resolve anything. They only want your money. Do not waste your time on this app. I would give it negative 5 stars if possible!!!

Does exactly what it claims to do lots of cool features that are very useful to help you plan your day and be nimble once you start. Would have given it 5 stars, but their sales team reaches out to you if you're logged in more than one device, assuming you're sharing the app. I wish whatever app sharing police software they use could figure out that a single person who is Mobil on the road uses more than one phone.

Twice now, I've entered 40-50 addresses and it resets so I have to restart. When routing to a stop and switch to Google maps, it doesnt transfer the address correctly so you have to fix it. Choosing the routing options and complete stop options is not customizable enough. The app needs a lot of work all around.

I installed this to use on my route today, deleting the one that only allowed 10 stops, with the understand from Uppers web pages that they offer a free version functional with 20 stops. Well they are blowing smoke, and it's the stinky kind. First it would not allow more than 10 inputs, but then it would not even allow itself to be used. It just kept going to the pay wall, Everytime I pushed start route or optimize route - so they need to stop their fraud ads about free version...
