"free free free" everything in the description said free. Forces you to create an account to use the app. First thing that pops up after making your account is a free 7 day trial then it's $19.99 a month after. Liars...
EDITED* not optimising from day 2 so the first day i installed and used the app fully for 70 stops, optimisation worked. the 2nd day and 3rd day, will not complete optimise, screen just shows please wait........... i am still withing the free pro trial until the 5th nov. this needs to be fixed ASAP, Android 10 Huawei Mate 20x *why does the app zoom out every time when completing each stop, its very annoying, we should be touching the screen less often, not more than other apps available.
It got slow several times. I was just checking features before the actual route that i wasn't planing to check to find out that I couldn't delete or modify the routes so i cant really test it now. A waste of time
Since the current update anytime you re-optimize it during the route the time restarts. Also, it tries to take me the wrong way on a one way street. Other than this it is a good app. If this is addressed quickly I will change my rating of the app.
Amazing route planner app. Easy and fast. Great support . They were super quick to respond on live chat, helped me set up my account on web and phone both. Really fast routes, better than other apps out there. 10/10
Easy to use. Some minor improvements needed especially in email reports. It would be nice to get to one stop and use the precise location and save it as I would name it. But I find it difficult to do when I have multiple drops and need to either, stop the route to edit or try an alternative
Had a Samsung A5 and App got slower and slower with every address entered especially after 20 addresses. I recommend S line cellphones or phones with very good up to date processors. Really like the Log feature with optional comments and pics when customers say they didn't get their delivery. Waze and Google maps don't update their maps on a regular basis is a complaint. Also wondering if reoptimization gives me proper timing.
Try to use the app for the first time to plan a road trip. Cannot login with google account, gives java lang exception. Then tried a password reset on browser, successfully logged in, but the app login is giving same error. Entered trip plen in browser... cannot plan route, asks me to log in via app to upgrade... but that is not working. Very bad experience toll now. And o have no idea if it would work, how much will i have to pay to plan my vacation roadtrip with my kids. Update: now it works..
Optimization is not very good, many times is has created routes which skip an address that is across the street from another address that's on the list only ,to come back to that same location later on the route. Unable to add team members... fix these 2 things and it's 5 star.
It takes over 10 minutes per address so when u have between 40 and 60 stops it takes so long to put them in. It freezes up my phone to where i have to restart it 2 times a day. I have paid for the premium version and im going to cancel soon because i need an app that will work with me...not against me
