This app is very incomplete and doesn't provide you with nearly the amount of tools needed to operate smoothly or successfully with their shipping services. Their customer support is extremely lacking and negligent in their duties. They will tell you they sent you something and never have sent it, sometimes taking several tries just to get them to follow up on simple information. They will also hang up on you in the middle of your question so they can clock out for the day.

UPS just impressed me with how freaking impossible it is to get help from a person via the chat option. I was asked to fill out a form to be contacted by an agent, but never provided the form. I guess the form is with my package, sitting in a warehouse somewhere, late and probably damaged. It especially sucks because I paid for 2nd day air, won't be getting a refund on shipping cost, and they want another $5.99 for me to pick it up instead of it being delivered like it should have been already

My building is hard to get into. Often, the driver will give up and leave, when all they had to do is to call me and I could come down and let them in. But there is no way to say that in this app! They have what they call "driver instructions", but it's utterly useless in this situation, providing only a list of inappropriate choices. There's also "gate code", but it's not big enough to hold my phone number. This has led to several skipped deliveries, when I was actually home at the time.

I really like this app because it's free and it tells me when my package is going to arrive and if there's a problem they give you a window usually much more precise than what you get from the shipper. and if it's say a sort of mission critical item often you can see where the UPS truck is when it gets close so you can if possible. be there when it is delivered and this is quite handy!

Nothing but problems. Says my payment card already exists (even though it doesn't there are no cards on file) tried a few different cards and they refuse to save. You also can't paste the card# you're stuck trying it in and that's pretty annoying. I can't add a payment card so I can't ship my box, making this app pretty pointless.

I'm watching my item being tracked on eBay from place to place. When I copy the number and track it on the UPS app, it says "that's a new number that's not in our system" or something like that. are you joking?? UPS literally has my item and is transferring it between centers as we speak! If I can't track an item, what's the point of this app?

FIX THIS APP!! I can't even tell if the UPS TRACKING system is working AT ALL. My app shows "no deliveries scheduled" (even though I'm getting emails), yet if I enter the tracking number of a package that is incoming, I get details and it says it is scheduled. Previously, ALL deliveries, whether they were in transit or a label,had been generated by a business. In its current capacity, this app is useless. Why should I repeatedly have to enter my tracking number? And, yes, I was signed in.

tracking numbers that I link from or that I enter directly in the app do not stay in my tracking history. that's a big issue. I'm not doing anything special except looking up a tracking number in which case it should stay in my history. I can see others are having an issue too based on recent reviews. Also, The app shows that there are no shipments coming to me when I know there are two coming to me and it would normally show that. I don't know what update broke this app. It needs to be fixed.

Very poor support. Can't submit an email change as the code email isn't being sent and when clicking resend, it says some fields are missing or incorrect. The only fields are the 6 input boxes for the code. The chat is to a virtual agent that does basic tasks only. Can't get to a live agent. My package is a month late and only the label has been made and there is no way to see why that is the case.

There is zero connection to the app and the actual delivery outcome. The drivers never read the instructions. Just mindless delivery attempts. Selecting the options to leave with a neighbor doesn't work. Adding instructions doesn't work. Hold at pickup never works. The app is slow, usability is atrocious, errors abound, just awful. Clearly not made by a tech company and it shows.
