Drug interaction checking currently does not work. The download now button does not work and I am just stuck on the screen saying I need to update. Please bring back the drug library!

trissel’s subscription not downloaded anymore. clicked to download again and it refreshes the screen and greys out the button. my subscription for that database in LexiComp’s app is effective until Jan 1, 2026 and it won’t update.

No longer allows me to utilize drug interactions – the “Download Now” button is just perpetually there and the app just reloads the same page when you hit the butto. Major loss of functionality for over 2 weeks now.

Paid for a subscription, but I constantly have to re-download the databases. The IV compatibility database no longer downloads.

everything updates but tressels I compatibility says to download. I try and it refuses every time. I do make sure the app is up to date each time I have issues

Latest update has made search function very slow. Update 5/2025. Each major “upgrade” seems to make search function worse. It seems a company this large should be able to develop a reasonably functional android app. Pathetically slow, despite having database downloaded on device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
