6/26 Update: Changed from three stars to one star. I paid for a week subscription, and just a couple hours later, they locked my account with no explanation. I can't sign in now. I emailed their support 3 days ago and still haven't gotten a response. I've used this app on and off for the past couple of years. It doesn't seem like they made any improvements. Their distance filters don't work, and it seems the only people who will try to match with you are 100 miles away.

Upward is a great app. Something annoying is that they recently updated "non-denominational" to "non-confessional" which makes zero sense unless maybe you're a Catholic. Please change it back. Protestants don't use this lingo and it doesn't translate well. Also, they changed the looking for "marriage" to "marriage and family". This should be changed or split into two options because some people are looking for marriage without having kids or without having more kids. That's not me, but still

This app is nothing more than a money grab! It's more expensive than most dating apps. I thought I'd try it for a month and it completely ignores my filters. And wants more money to be "platinum" to see who I want to see!?! Isn't that the entire point of having filters? I have my filter set for a certain age range and a certain distance and I keep getting selections that are hundreds of miles away unless I pay more? I do not recommend this app. Save your money; try a different dating app.

Another pay-to(not)-win Tinder copycat app. After about an hour, it kept showing me people 150+ miles away, even though my preferences were set to 50 miles, or less. Likes also don't go away once you've swiped left on someone who has liked you. Maybe these issues go away if you pay for an upgraded subscription, but that's hardly worth the price of admission for me. I'll go somewhere else.. ✌️

This app is HORRIBLE. You set your preferences and your distances and it shows you people from well over 100 miles + outside of your range. Pointless and a total waste of money. Ohhhhh.....and there's no where on my android for me to cancel my subscription. I contacted customer care the day before asking them to cancel my subscription but they did not and now I'm being charged for it again. Can't even log in through a web browser. Once they have your credit card #, they've got you.

I would not recommend the app to anybody. well, anybody that is looking to ACTUALLY meet somebody!! it seems like about 90% of the people I see on the app or at least over a hundred miles away. In addition, it will still feed you people that you are ready did not find a match with. I've seen the same people in my feed up to 10 times.

this is one of the worse app beside Match. I have blocked the same person a minimum of 10 times, and each day, that is the first person I see as a match. EVERYDAY!!! I tried blocks. i have tried swiping left, and this person is always the first person I see every day when I open the app. The number of ads is crazy as well as the distance function doesn't work. your preference doesn't matter because they are going to show you whoever they want no matter what you select.

I downloaded the app set up my profile. looked at the payment options. two different pay walls. Still waiting to get verified after a week. Now my app is not showing ages and distance that they are away from me. I still haven't paid anything because I am waiting to see if those problems get fixed. I contacted support and got a response back saying to make sure my app has permission to my location. it was working just fine for two days and now its not. This has been my experience.

This app is truly not worth it. The matches or whatever are all the same profiles repeating. If you click on one to look at the pictures and profile and go back, you have to scroll all over again. I started on my first day with 486 likes and every time, it was the same, after I get past 100 profiles who are all 400 miles away or absolutely the opposite of my type (this is not an app where you can filter other than age ), I have to scroll the 100 to get back to where I left off. It says no ads

App won't even open. Created an account last night via email, and subsequent profile. This morning, app just freezes when attempting to open on S24. Every so often, I'll get the "Log In with Email" button, but that still won't sign in after inputting my information. For the love of all that is holy, fix this app. 1 day! Just 1 day, and it doesn't work. SMH.
