I got less only a few steps into the registration process and the app won't let me past the "take a photo or upload a photo of your car" part. I can take a photo, but there's no upload, ok, continue, etc. Just sits stuck right there with no way to proceed.

The app is pretty good overall. I wish there was a way to zoom out when you are thinking about taking a ride. That feature only works after you get the ride. And you have to pay close attention the your planned rides so that you don't mixe them up with feature rides. Other than that, it works great

I like the flexibility of the work schedule

Is there a way for the app to automatically remove outdated reminders and not continue to send notifications that are at least a day old. I have to keep notifications on for the app to be beneficial, but receiving notifications that are 2 and 3 days old is not necessary.

I have a 2012 model year vehicle and the app also says that 2012 or newer cars are acceptable but when I try to sign up I get an error saying that it doesn't meet the minimum requirement for car model, I even tried to select a higher model just for test and I got the same error. So apparently there is a bug issue with the app. Please fix the issue as soon as possible so I can complete the registration.

Hi, I received help for the support, and they reviewed the problem I had some days ago and took action to solve it as well. But you need to do an update because sometimes the app just stops working, and I need to reset my phone to make it work again. Fix the problem with the tickets because I waste time when I put the numbers by hand, which is uncomfortable for me and the customers as well.

Worst app ever! Not a very great team to work for either! I have tried to switch it both on and off to go online and then off but it just processes like the annoying apple loading wheel. I have done Verizon suggestion more than thrice to reset my phone. And I say worst team..because uzurv passes the buck to your said phone co and says its not our technical error its your provider. Ie they don't want to fix anything

App keeps stopping all the times. Sometimes I will open the app and it won't load and my screen will be all blank. We can see pick up and drop off locations in the app but not the driver's location( we should everytime be seeing the driver's location in the app too so we know how far or close we are from next pick up/ drop off). WE NEED DRIVER'S LOCATION IN APP.

It needs different sounds for higher priority events such as urgent messages from UZURV, messages from riders, ride changes, cancels , etc. Now, cannot distinguish them from "new request in the feed". Needs a "Hold" queue where drivers can swipe to move rides they have seen, but do not think they want to do. This saves them from reviewing the same rides over & over with each new request in the feed, but they can still go back and express interest if they later realize they can do those rides.

Not sure how many chances the developers get to fix this app but they need at least one more. It still hangs up when picking up and dropping of riders. The gps interface isn"t always working. The only way I have figured out how to maybe get it to work has been to close ALL apps and restart this one. Hope they get it right soon!

app is excellent ans pays well but doesn't tell how far are u from passengers sometimes drive 1 hour to go pick up $11 fare it's good when u near by

I was really disappointed even I haven't started working for this company this company permanently suspend me for no reason at all I didn't have the app on I wasn't online I want to find appeal

for the last two months I am not able to accept trips when on the road sometimes it say server not connecting i change phones and everything still doing it I use wifi home to set my trips once I leave home I can't get no trips but I can do everything else

The app doesn't work. you can't put a password in and confirm it. it's just stuck there. you can't do nothing. maybe I'm having an issue just for myself but you can't get on board when you can't even confirm your password to fix your app

Uzurv is a great company to work for in many ways especially when considering other driving apps. They care about their service and support is always helpful when needed for ride issues. there are a few downsides. pairing metrics are not clear and sometimes you're left guessing why you cannot get matched with many rides. I understand they need excess supply of drivers however in my market they may have too big of an excess at the moment. The algorithm likes to give you long pickups

I've been driving with uzurv since Sept of last year in AZ. Since yesterday 02-24-25 I've had nothing but problems with the app in regards to getting runs. I see a couple of runs here and there, but nothing like I used to. I even thought uzurv lost contacts because it's been so slow!!! I also have uninstalled and reinstalled the app thinking it would help, it didn't. This is my only source of income so it's frustrating that I can't make end meet because of the problem it's having. Hope it's fix

The app is user-friendly and easy to use. signing up was direct, but on the road part is up and down. Pick your own rides is good, but you must be on time!! More for part-time money gig. you can only get 1-2 rides an hour because of the app algorithm!? On demand rides -if you're not close enough to the next destination, they will not give it to you!! rides are up and down, and riders cancel a lot the night before. customer service doesn't let you know riders cancel anymore. check the app alot

Been driving for uzurv for over a year now. I have to say after reading all the negative comments that I have not experienced anything like what is being described by others. Seems to me like a lot of entitled younger folk are just upset for something not going their way. The only negative I have experienced was that sometimes the app's GPS is not correct. However, my car's GPS is more reliable and has a bigger screen anyway so it's no big deal for me. "Adapt and Overcome" I always say.

For the most part, pretty good GPS app.. However, lately as I am nearing a destination then it will cut off and not give me the address of my final destination. Final destination. I have to go to a second phone to pull up the original is original order to see where the final destination or house number is located. This morning I have received notice that there is an update to the app but when I go to the update link there is no update there. App update link also missing.
