Been using VA Video Connect for a couple months now. It’s basically a telehealth app that lets you video chat with your VA healthcare team from your Android phone. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do: you can schedule appointments, refill prescriptions, and even get mental health counseling through the app. There’s also a text chat feature which is pretty cool. And the encryption means your sessions are totally private – no need to worry about security.
Look, if you’re a veteran who has trouble getting to the VA clinic, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need to see your doctor but don’t want the hassle of driving there.

So here's my honest take on VA Video Connect. I've tested a bunch of telehealth apps and this one's pretty good. The video quality is decent, the connection is reliable, and it's super convenient to use from your phone. And i like that it has extra features beyond just video calls, like the prescription refills. On the downside, the UI could use some polish and it can be tricky to navigate at first. But if you're a vet and you struggle to get to the VA, this is a great option.
