Very easy to use app. coupons are in the app now

The best experience I've had.. They are very clear about everything and check everything as well.... Definitely recommend

I ran into a problem with resetting my password. specifically, gettin a PIN in my email. I reached out to Valvoline Instant Oil customer support and they told me they have no control. I should simply try another time.

good app but it would be even better if you could see all your bills in the app once you are registered on it. Than i would give a 5 star

app doesn't have vehicle info or services you have completed at valvolene shop or future recommendations.. coupons are better on the website vs the app only thing this is for is to find a valvolene shop .. worthless app

This app is pointless. I was expecting to see my service history and recommended services but no. It only displays locations and coupons which can be found on the website already.

Absolutely love the coupons and discount promos Valvoline offers! They always do a great job when I get my oil changed, and let me know if anything else needs to be done (Coolant Flush, New air filter, top fluids, etc.) Fast, friendly, and professional!

This is a 1 star review that should be shared for both Valvoline and the app. Both landline automated system and app show no wait when I'm 2 minutes away and I pull up and there are 9 cars in line, not that it matters because they're not willing to do the advertised services anyway. I was in the other day for an oil change and it took about 2 hours. Went in for emissions today and it was a complete bust. Come here, wait longer and overpay

The staff is great 😃, the app and website not so much. I am a returning customer for the last two years bringing two vehicles and getting anywhere for to two or three services at a time on each vehicle. Trying to find a coupon or something to help with the cost stinks. The rating would have been less if it wasn't for the crew working there.

Janky performance, plus wanted too many permissions. Had to sign up, create password before first use. Immediately offered me a $5off coupon for signing up. Left it onscreen to use (I was getting an oil change right then) but app timed out. When reopened app, it didn't recognize me, didn't offer any way to sign back in, only signup again from scratch. Then that process hung, wouldn't let me click to approve terms of use. Forget it, too complicated and too intrusive. Uninstalled!

Apps ok, went to the place and the people were nice but they wouldnt do a transmission oil change because it had a lot of miles. Wish someone said this before I went there or when they did the initial inspection because I had to wait 30 minutes to pull in, I called to ask for a price and they didn't say anything too. 150,000 miles is the limit on the transmission if your curious. This needs to be more apparent initially not at the last minute

Would be great but they don't update the real wait time. Gave it 2 stars because I can get coupons. Worthless for wait time, always 0- 10 minutes at every location. Drove there and the bays were full and 4 cars waiting. From past experience it is 15 to 20 minutes minimum per car. Would be great and get more stars if it actually updated queue times.

Be forewarned! If you're someone who trusts the wait time displayed on apps, do not trust this app to provide any sense of reliable information. Today alone, the estimated wait time said 0-10 minutes, but when I arrived, there were 2 cars with in the 2 bays and 2 additional cars waiting. I've been waiting behind the 2 cars who are next in line for 15 minutes alone. Very disappointing to say the least.

Love Valvoline Instant Oil change shops, but this app needs some work. I can't even log in. When I go to Sign Up screen to make an account, I fill out the email and password, check the box, tap Sign Up, and then....nothing. Keep up the great work at the shop guys but it's time to get some new app developers.

There's no way to select a store and make an appointment, to view pricing, and there's no way to select a service for more information. The online website does more then the app does. An app is supposed to make it easier, but theres nothing easier about this. It's like Google maps...but to only find Valvoline locations. Hope this helps

This app shows the same amount of info as a google search. Actually less! I entered the city, zip code, even zoomed in to the exact location of the Valvoline I always use and it's not on their map. Just a blank unmarked building. According to the app there's 0 in my area when google shows 2 within 10mi. of me. Also this app should hold more information. Like a mileage reminder for when I need my next oil change. That list of recommended maintenance that gets pulled up when they scan my car why isn't that on the app? I used the same email to sign up as the one they have on file so at the very least my cars information should be able to be linked and displayed in app. This app literally does nothing for me except show me the coupons I already have sent to my email.

The estimated wait times for locations is a farce. I gave up on one location after 10 minutes that stated a 10-20 minute wait when the employee told me it would be over an hour. Traveled to another location that also stated 0-10 minutes. At the time of writing, it has been 30 minutes at the second location and it's still going to be another 15 minute before they'll get started on my vehicle. The app updated to 10-20 minutes but still no where near an accurate wait time that I'm experiencing.

A Google search would reveal the same information as the app... There are coupons but they aren't worth it ($7 off a $99 full synthetic oil change vs. buying a GroupOn coupon for 50% off is a no-brainer). The app doesn't keep track of services you had performed at Valvoline... Simply a way to find a location and maybe the wait time (inaccurate - said there was a possible 10 minute wait time but the place was closed!). For what Valvoline charges they should offer more with their app.

As basic as this app is (only shows location, coupons and supposedly wait times) it seems they missed the mark. Every location except a couple show 0 - 10 min wait time. Arrive and you're looking at 4 to 6 vehicles in line with all bays full. Youre better off driving by and looking at the line than trusting this apps wait times. Don't waste your time with this app, Google has everything you need. Better coupons, the locations and probably a better view of how busy the locations are.

While the app works, the service center SUCKED the oil out, more than likely leaving sludge in the bottom. Also, by sucking the oil out, the oil filter was not changed. WILL NOT use them again. First impressions... The oil might be good, but that is all. Now, I need to uninstall the app from all of my phones as well as delete my account.
