Very boring in advertising, why is this advertising which is disturbing us????!! 🤔 i never prefer apps with boring adds.... Today 24th September 2025 I haven't found my hidden photos!!! where are the photos ?!! how does clear cash delete data?!! suppose if it can be happened, however how it could be done without message warning?!!! How can whether open or convert bin files to be viewed?!! how can restore and open/ hidden photos ?!!

I have been using it since 2017. I Stored every important moments , vids and every special moments (eg. Scoring my first ever goal for my team) and there were so many moments which i couldn't keep in mygallery due to storage problem or so It was fine yesterday.So,today i went for some important documents which i needed for a purpose And i checked Everything was gone. Completely Vanished Not in the trash can or nowhere! Extremely disappointed want a reply from the devs to help me recover data

This app is great aside from the sneaky overlays it does on your phone at random. Causing terrible ads to show up randomly. One just showed up that if you click on the ad it goes straight into the vault without needing the password. Only way to remove these overlays, which can steal your passwords mind you, is to delete the vault app. What a scammy product you guys have.

I've been using and logged into vault premium for several years now and have already upgraded my phone from one to another with no issues. The problem I'm having now is that when i tried to renew the subscription it gives me an error message stating "Your network connection failed. We suggest you wait a few minutes and try again. " and never renewed so now it saying that my account is expired and no matter how many times i try I'm getting same message. Please fix.

Very good app UPDATE: A year later, and same problem! I have been using this app for a few years without many problems. The app will not allow me to transfer my premium subscription to my new device. I auto-renew via Google Play but, developer keeps trying to get me to pay again for my premium access! I have reached out to customer support with several emails, but not a single reply! Also, membership transfer/bind button does not ever work. Can you please provide some support for your app!

All of a sudden for no reason the password I've been entering for YEARS doesn't work on the calculator app or the original and then the password reset is failing to send me a code. What gives? I have emailed several times again and no response. Clearly you guys don't care unless someone is paying. Thank goodness I didn't re-up my subscription.

PLEASE HELP. This app was alright until all the annoying ads that pop up right as you're trying to enter passwords. And now I CANNOT UNINSTALL this app. I've tried everything. ITS OVERHEATING MY PHOME. There isn't an option to uninstall it at all. When I get on app store, there is a deactivate button that I try to click and a message says "App must be deactivated before it can be uninstalled" but it won't even let me deactivate it! I have taken away all permissions and tried to force stop.

I used this app a few years back and it was good. Now it sucks. A pop u say your photos will b deleted by other apps on my phone if I dont upgrade. What a joke they just want money. Also using the 2and time around I noticed photos that were in the vault that I didnt put in their. And when I tried to import photos it only gave me a choice to import about 10 photos, but I have over 300 and that goes also for my videos.

I've never left a review in and app before but this was awful. I put a video in the vault after installing this app only yesterday. Today, the video is completely gone. I can't even play it. I tried exporting it back into my phone and surprise surprise when it exported it didn't export correctly and it's just a still picture and when I try to play it, it says it can't play the video. So now I have a video that is lost forever. Thanks for nothing.

After the Sep. 30 update, it freezes up and crashes, and I've been unable to access it or any of the files I've saved onto it since. This is a prime example of what happens when you try to fix something that isn't broken. And by the way, NQ, quit trying to hide what your real reviewers are saying about your app's recent shortcomings by padding them with your obviously bogus 5-star "reviews". It's getting annoying, and it shows your REAL customers how little their feedback matters.
