It doesn’t work, the whole point is to book a garage, it shows a garage 4600 miles away from me as the closest one.
Works well. Keep in mind folks the delearship may delay activating your service agreement for a month to adhere to factory warranty terms. Now I’m set.
After updating app, it would hang and it was unable to open. But after I posted my experience, the next day i found a new update which fixed the issue. Great response from developers!
Don’t waste your time with any app from assurant. you never stay logged in and all their apps are buggy.
Doesn’t find contract even though it’s been active since March of 2023. Glitches out upon selecting maintenance, and crashes app when trying to enter a help ticket. Unreal.
It seems with update ver. 2.9.2 your team have removed the use of sign in with fingerprint. Why was this a decision please. Surely this is a step backwards, no? It’s now awkward and an extra step to sign in with email&password. Thank You.

Absolutely shocking app. Terrible to use and doesn’t work. Contacted them about an issue and the text is black on a black background so you can’t see what you are typing. diabolical
