Reviews for Veho Driver

Just another over saturated gig in atlanta, GA. You are lucky if you get 1 route a month or ever. - the app is too slow to load even with the best phone, data storage, etc. -By the time you click on a route it is already claimed along with the rest of the routes. - An alert, when routes are loaded throughout the day, would be idea. Otherwise you have the app open clicking refresh all day waiting for a route to show up ( that are probably already claimed or non-existing).

Freezes and Force close too much. It makes the job harder and longer. Literally after every stop. They tell you the city that has the most packages will be the name of the route What they don't tell you is that you will have cities nowhere near your original area apart of that route. So you are driving extremely far. Their route isn't always efficient. You don't know how many packages you're getting on that route. It could be frustrating. The pay is below avg unless you take a 6-7 hour route.

Gig is not bad if the app worked differently and it would be fair. 1st off routes are difficult to get, as the drivers accept they dissappear pretty quick (within 30 seconds). The app does not give you a chance to review the route: route, # of boxes or stops (just gives an approx cubic feet), plus the estimated time. Route payouts have diminished over time. They claim that time, # of stops and distance is taken into account, but they are not able to share info on how it is estimated.

The check in issue has been fixed. Also, we can zoom in when taking pictures! The problems that remain are minor but still notable: -After checking in, the app opens your camera to start scanning your packages. Not useful when I have yet to enter the warehouse. -Scanning packages require me to restart the app in order to start the route. -Sometimes when in the 'confirm delivery' it brings me back to the map screen. If I don't restart at this point, it won't let me confirm the delivery.

Today was my first day delivering with Veho. Overall, the process is easy to follow, but there are definitely some things to be aware of. The pay isn’t the best — especially when it comes to the rate per mile. It’s pretty low, and once you factor in gas and wear on your car, it starts to feel like you're putting in more than you're getting back. Also, the app glitched during one of my deliveries. I had scanned the package, but it didn’t register on their end. I had to go back, re-scan.

It's nice to be able to just log on and sign up to earn money, but the app has been extremely glitchy lately. I'm not sure if it's only mine, but it's weird no one else said they were having issues with it. I can't scan my packages lately during delivery. I have to go through maybe 5 steps just to be able to open my camera on the app, take a pic of every single package just to be able to deliver. Keeps crashing. Gps won't load on the app, whole app won't load, Sat for 25 minutes stuck!

while going back and forth with Google maps, one of the apps freezes. I have never seen this before. This app crashes more often than a monster truck crash derby. It adds like an extra hour to deliver packages due to the constant crashing. They are more worried about the look than the functionality. Most of the time, it takes forever to scan packages. Anything over 28 is something to be weary about. It sucks.

The app has a few minor issues that could be fixed. First, the app lags when confirming delivery, and you have to restart it to confirm delivery. Second, I think instant cash out is essential, and of course we want to see our earnings. I know that instant cash out would be available soon, but I'm eagerly awaiting it. Finally, we need built-in GPS. Other than that, the app is excellent in all aspects.

Not worth the money. They greatly underrepresent how long routes actually take. Their "2hr blocks" will have 40+ boxes/stops and take double the time when you also factor in the app freezing every other stop. There's nothing worse than standing in front of a customer's door for a long time because the app stops responding. I wouldn't even do this for gas money. There's way better gigs that make you more money for a fraction of the time. Their rates are flat out disrespectful.

App no longer works on my device. I keep getting an error message that my device is rooted or jailbroken...which it is neither. Traded in my device for a brand new one straight out of the box which was surely not rooted or jailbroken and got the same error message. When the app did work on my phone it crashed constantly and I had to uninstall and reinstall every few days.

I like the app and tried it once. the second time I chose a smaller route with less hours. so I assumed it would be less packages for my small vehicle. but it wasn't they gave me 60 packages to be delivered in five hours when my first route I did was 42 packages and It took me 6 hours to deliver those. the app lies and says the amount of time it takes for delivery but it takes twice as long. I won't be using veho again.

This app is a great tool, similar to Amazon Flex, and it’s user-friendly. However, there are two main issues: the wait time to receive packages is often very long, and the delivery time takes longer than recorded. For example, a delivery block might be scheduled for 3 hours, but in reality it ends up taking around 4 hours to complete."

this app is very laggy, especially anytime it interacts with the phone's camera. it takes 5 to 8 seconds to open the camera, scan packages (sometimes doesn't recognize the barcode), and submit confirmation photo for address number (sometimes it doesn't recognize the numbers as well). It makes deliveries take way longer.

1star to activate the Post btn this app is trash It crashes and freezes while on active route and can leave you stranded in some tough situations. It's so bad It can take up to or over 30 min to upload the package you just delivered (we're talking 2 pictures and a GPS location), if it doesn't freeze completely. It's so bad you'll have to take pictures with your own camera outside of the app and upload the pictures to support at the end of your day hoping nothing got missed, so you can get paid.

App has major issues!!! it freezes in middle of deliveries!!! needs major improvements!! it doesn't scan properly and navigation with Google maps issues also!! they tell me to reinstall and go through all the trouble checks, who can deliver on time with issues like that!? A 3 hour block will take 6 hours !!! pay is horrible!! an AI decides for them! Amazon Flex and Roadie pay way better!!! they give you 70 packages for $90 ridiculous!!! Don't pay distance!! have to drive 45 min to warehouse!!!

My 1st gig, the pick up was okay, not perfect. The phone would freeze and I'd close out the app and scan more packages. Then about 10 packages in the delivery the app freezing got worse. Definitely felt like a creep standing outside of homes trying to complete a delivery. I completed the route that should've take 4 hours and 45 minutes lasted 6+ hours. Not sure if it's my Moto phone but the next day was worse! I couldn't even scan the order.

It has the worst bugs ever. You literally have to close out of the app after every delivery and reopen to be able to move on. It stalls constantly and makes your day so much longer. The app won't even allow me to scan my packages all the way through at pick up, without me having to close and reopen because the previous package number stays at the top. The steps are a bit much because most times you can take a picture of the street numbers and it still doesn't recognize it and you have to type it

After using it for a month. I enjoy the consistent flow of routes and timelyness. However, the app freezes too often and there are too many steps to complete an order. Between the steps and glitches, you're standing outside someone's how for five minutes (probably looking like a creep taking pictures of their home). Great way to earn some extra money and enjoy touring your own city. Definitely recommend a heavy dose of patience.

Edit: so they fixed my issue with this stupid app. but now there is a new one. while on your route the app not only lags but stops working entirely. I have been stuck at one freaking stop for 40 minutes because I have been fighting this app to work. I had deleted and redownloaded about 15 times. and forget customer service they don't have a number to call it's an email you have to reach out to and they just "might" email you back. and don't get me started on there stupid geofence.

Have been a driver for veho for several years until the last 2. Wanted to do it again in the side started using and then poof stopped getting offers. But there was no pop up telling me why when I opened the app. After much digging I found the only way you are notified when the deactivate you, even for mundane reason as insurance or expired driver's licence is 1 email. That was promptly lost in my email. Make a pop up when we open the app at least.
