fraud platform. they don't sell tickets but provide you a link to an external site, where you cannot sign up to receive the tickets. The fee is half of the ticket's price. Support is useless. I am alone with the fact that I am unable to receive the tickets. The fee won't be returned. For what did I pay? The app is not working at all. No possibility to receive the tickets.
They're a rip off. They tried charging me a 50% booking fee ($20 for a $40 ticket) when the venue's actual site was still selling at cost. They give you a false sense of urgency by claiming there are very few tickets left, and then give you only 10 minutes to pay (🙄) so that you rush through the transaction. Book elsewhere, because odds are you have better options.
!!DO NOT USE THIS APP!! Been into so much trouble. First to access the website (which I believe was down) create the account, then sign in. Now to upload a ticket to sell... Tried multiple times on app/browsers on desktop. I won't talk about reaching out to the customer service. Yes I will. Impossible to get them via chat or email. Only option is to call an international number which I cannot. Unless I can sell my ticket, I am not recommending the app.
Got a ticket to see post malone for a great price so am absolutely over the moon with Viagpgo!! just a little worried that I didn't get my ticket straight away. They say I'll get it during the week before the concert so makes me a little nervous!! It's in London and I'm in Scotland so need to book flights and a hotel!
worst experience ever! app is so slow. takes atleast a couple seconds to register me clicking. also when I try sign in with Google it buffers for a couple secs then nothing happens. The app is a joke! after ive got my tickets for the event will delete and never use again! terrible terrible!.
robbing swines, wanted tickets for a band on Ticketmaster and was sold out (£26 each) so tried viagogo and the same tickets were double the price (£49 each), DO NOT USE THIS SITE. absolutely no need to rob the general public, these sites need to shut down. 0 stars for me.
No seat assigned, date of ticket transfer went from 19th before I booked, to 21st after, to now day of the game. Not trustworthy. Horrible experience with 2 young kids I don't know if my tickets exist. will take your money and leave you hanging
Didn't got tickets for concert. I got a refund, but also some additional charges for contacting theri supprot. Fee is very high. Try StubHub, they saved me.
in December I bought a ticket for June event through viagogo. I needed to travel from another country far away. Till the last moment (actually 2.5 hours before the show) viagogo was not able to provide actual ticket. The reason they gave me that the organisers are "not releasing my ticket". The day of the show they started to mention money refund or replacement of the ticket. Needless to say I lost a lot of nerves because of that situation. And my trip was partly spoiled.
Edited review: From 1 to 4 stars as they helped me with my ticket dispute, I haven't attended the concert yet but hopefully everything would be fine and would change it to 5 stars.
