When you made this app, did you find it difficult to use? I just registered 1 hour ago, 1 hour later I came back and you guys deleted my account for no good reason. When you need to verify your password, you give an expired link, and say that the link has been over 1 hour, while only 1 minute after having the link I immediately accessed it. Do you not want users to use your app?
Total sham. Before I was a member, my account was flooded with traffic and messages. Now as a paid member no messages and a couple a views per month. They sucker you in then they put you at the bottom while they boost non paying members to get their money. I can prove it too. While you're a paid member here, you're other non paid account gets plenty of traffic and a couple messages a day! How is that possible when the profile and pictures are exactly the same.
I am a 1 year platinum subscriber. The photos that I uploaded have had their quality reduced from clear to blur. Some photos have been undesirably cropped. If I want my photos cropped, I can do it before uploading. It is not for the service provider to modify what a user wishes to present, unless a photo is generally offensive. Don't you think so?
You can keep sending fake message to me but I will never never sign up.
It was a great app but it seems that it is being flooded with Western white women.. I'm getting more likes and more messages from them than I do Vietnamese women and it's Vietnamese dating app 🤦🏻♂️. I wish there was an option where I can block certain countries or nationalities from messaging me.
If they haven't paid they can't see your message. So I'm paying to send messages and no one can read. Pictures (landscapes, landmarks, etc) are auto rejected if you aren't the main focus. Worst of all, because vietnamese contains "tím"(search , as in searching for...) and my username is Tim, it deletes all of my text. I literally cannot type a profile 😡
Would be a nice app if we can get rid of the scammer on here period then we can have a nice, decent conversation with that other person
worst dating app ever. bombarded with spam, canceled account and asked for a refund, no reply after 3 attempts. junk, DO NOT USE!!!
I wrote them an email that 90% of the profiles are fake (scam). After 1 months my conclusion is that all (American/non Filipino) profiles are scam. They answered that they working on it. Few years ago I was also member, then there were also fake, but not as much as now.
Can't upload photos it crashes the app. As for anything else about the app, I dont know I'm not going to waste my time if you can't even upload a photo. Also I can't find information to contact anyone to help with this problem. So from 3 starts to a 1 star. I willing to change this rating if they FIX the app bugs! Listen to all the people saying the same thing though all your reviews!
