Been using ViewCaller: Caller ID & Block for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you see who’s calling before you pick up. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do: you can block annoying numbers, record calls, and even see info on unknown callers. And there’s also a cool SMS feature that scans texts for spam. And the caller ID works surprisingly well – it’s got a huge database of numbers.
Look, if you’re into call blocking and spam protection, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get kinda annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on ViewCaller: Caller ID & Block. I've tested a bunch of caller ID apps and this one's pretty good. The caller database is super extensive, way better than the basic built-in Android caller ID. The call recording is also a nice bonus feature. But it does have a few issues - the UI can be a bit clunky at times, and the free version is pretty limited. If you don't mind paying, though, it's a solid all-in-one solution for managing calls and texts.
