They are always friendly and help with whatever I need.. If my doctor isn’t in the office I have the option to see one of the other doctors in the practice.
It’s ok. Only drawback is I need to keep logging in manually everytime. Even though I click on the ‘setup biometrics’ message for faster login everytime. And everytime I need to login manually. Rinse and repeat… a little annoying but hey tech is both “and blessing and a burden”. Thank you! -Enzo

This medical app is by far the least user-friendly I’ve encountered. The inbox displays messages out of order, making it difficult to access the desired ones. Additionally, certain messages are unclickable. The app’s inconvenience sometimes requires logging in via a computer. Moreover, it lacks the capability to display any imaging directly within the app.
Easy appointment setting. Multiple physicians to choose from. Even same day appointments.
Dr. Guptan has been my doctor for years and she’s the best. She really listens and cares about her patients and finds solutions for any health problem.
I can’t chat with anyone because the chat function is now defunct with the new update. My navigator bar covers it completely so how do I chat?

The clinic has gone down Before they were brought out. This clinic doing more with less. Referrals are not being sent. My chart notes are not being read and not being responded to.
