Dr. Estes and his staff are the best. Dr. Estes always takes the time to listen to you and follows up with you. His staff is very courteous and efficient with your needs as well. Fran, his staff nurse always, follows up with you on any test results. If there is anything that is concerning she will call and set up a time for Dr. Estes to call and speak directly to you. Invitation Code is needed and there are only a few states that have the app. Depending on where you live there should only be one charge and that would be for the actual visit itself if you don't have insurance. I have noticed that some of you have stated that cash can't be given and that would be correct they don't have a way to make change. I have been to Village Medical for several appointments and was told what the fee would be upfront. I'm surprised that they have such a low score.

They are always friendly and help with whatever I need.. If my doctor isn't in the office I have the option to see one of the other doctors in the practice.

It's ok. Only drawback is I need to keep logging in manually everytime. Even though I click on the 'setup biometrics' message for faster login everytime. And everytime I need to login manually. Rinse and repeat... a little annoying but hey tech is both "and blessing and a burden". Thank you! -Enzo

Not able to sign up at all , even with invitation code. It asks me to verify my email or phone number. Then it crashes the moment I click on either of the option. For the App team :Please fix the bug , I think your latest release on July 20 might have caused the sign-up process to break.
