What a piece of garbage. The "update" gives me blank white squares. No listing for Laurel Oaks golf course, etc. It asks if you want to update, but gives you no choice. Once you update, it keeps asking you for an update. Please get rid of this software team and get someone who can deliver a usable product. This junk software has needed updates for years.

I bought a new phone and after transferring data, the Villages GPS wanted me to sign up again for a price. Since I bought the service years ago, I contacted the provider and the problem was remedied within 10 minutes. Wonderful service and I highly recommend downloading the Villages GPS app.

Just did update and now no icons on main page and keeps saying new update available when opening apt but when you go to play store just gives option to open. this is my goto app hopefully it still works on navigation as looks unfinished. was gonna uninstall and reinstall to see if it fixes it but heard people say if you do you have to repurchase it and I just paid. Update: Yes now fixed....

App is really great and the best service ever! I had an issue with my phone settings, and customer service got right back to me and helped me fix the issue with the sound speed. It was a phone issue, not an app issue. I love using the app. It's great and easy to understand. Definitely a 5-star rating.

Finally, an app that fills a need that other apps do not have, namely, travel by golf cart paths. Important for all residents, but especially part-time residents and guests. Nice perks that include access to websites as well as shopping and entertainment venues . You can also just search by address or name and find directions. Tech support is excellent.

Locks up often - when first opened, and when en route, when it's especially needed. Frequently misdirects - says to turn when no turn available; voice direction often doesn't match the visual; and once took me to a road that ended but continued to direct me forward. Search function is terrible, too - won't always detect locations, even when it previously had. Complained to a friend that I foolishly paid $7.00 for this awful app and learned The Villages has GPS on their official (and FREE!) app.

I very much appreciate the Villages GPS app. It is accurate and easy to use, especially in light of the daily occurrence of new and changing locations. To get directions on the golf cart trails, many Villagers regularly use this app. Viewing the app while traveling is simple. When deciding future plans to visit Villages and points of interest, the POINT TO POINT tool is a great addition. Additionally, I find that the Villages GPS team responds to emails with queries in a very short time.

My subscription renewed but not able to get on app. Keep getting message to install and subscribe. If I press that, tells me I am already subscribed until April 2026. Don't know who to get in touch with. Someone else just told me they are having the same issue. Help please. UPDATE! they immediately reached out and the problem was solved!

The staff is amazing & very responsive to questions but more importantly, the App is a necessity if you live in The Villages & have a golf cart. I can't tell you the number of times the App has prevented me from getting lost & most importantly, from going on a road that is not designated for golf carts. The signs in The Villages are lacking at times. It has prevented me from being in an accident or causing someone else to be in an accident many times. It's worth every penny you pay for it!

This app is essential in the villages. It will guide you to where ever you want to go easily. I rated this a 4 vs a 5 because there are 2 things that would make it more useful. 1) It sets your path at the start, but doesnt always adjust the route to your destination if you get side tracked along the way. It sometimes does but not always. 2) Its not always as helpful on walking/bike paths as it is on golf paths. Perhaps I need to adjust settings? Overall, terrific app.

I have had the Villages GPS app for a number of years. It has been such a tremendous help to me when I am traveling in my golf cart by using their voice guided directions. I recently had an issue when using the app so I contacted their customer service team and they were fabulous. They even responded to me on a Sunday and my issue was resolved. As we all know, customer service like this is rare. Thanks for a job well done!!!

I had purchased the Villages GPS years ago but recently when I tried to use it, it said I needed a "code" or purchase again. After I contacted the Villages GPS Team by e-mail, explained the issue, within minutes they responded with the help I needed. Best service I have ever received. We should be extremely happy with product, development and the support we can receive from them with a simple e-mail. Great team. Thank you.

This is, by far, the best GPS app for The Villages. Not only are the directions easy to follow and times to destination very accurate, but the customer support has been exceptional. I recently contacted them with a login issue after renewing the nominal annual fee with the expectation that I might not receive a response for a while. I was contacted within minutes, and the issue was resolved. If you are using the GPS app provided by The Villages, you are doing it wrong.

I really like this app for multiple reasons. 1st …. it is the only really reliable "golf cart" GPS in the villages. 2nd …. it is great for calling any of the golf courses at last minute to see if you can be a "walk on" the same day. 3rd …. most importantly, there was a problem with the 1/25 update where the app was rendered unusable on android devices. Tech support responded to me promptly and candidly. Telling me that the problem would not be able to be resolved over the weekend, as their programmers do not work the weekend. However, first thing Monday morning they sent me an e-mail telling me the problem had been fixed. AND IT WAS PERFECT:)

Couldn't get along without it. Excellent GPS, easy to use. 2024 and I still LOVE this app, for 6 yrs. I'm amazed at ALL the roads and obscure places they know. Once I was at a square at night, walked out in wrong direction. No cart. I put the GPS on and found it immediately. 2025. this app is a MUST if you want to go anywhere on the South side. It prevents me from getting lost. This is the future!! ...also anytime I have a question I text these wonderful guys and they respond quickly!!

I had to replace my phone due to water damage. When we transferred all of my apps, somehow the Villages GPS app did not transfer over. I contacted the team at Villages GPS, explained what happened. Within 2 hours I received a reply telling me no problem, we can get it back for you. They provided a code to reinstate the app. I was blown away by the quick response and customer support. My Villages GPS is back up and running. 😃

I had a difficult time getting the app to work after downloading it. Operator error, I must say the tech support team is AMAZING! We are new to the Villages, and this app is a MUST have. However, I had no idea that it was going to surprise me by giving me SO MUCH more than help getting around on the golf cart trails/ paths/ roads. I would HIGHLY recommend this app if you are new to the villages. Add to it tech support is AMAZING.

I use the Villages GPS APP for all my travel needs. I do not have a car so my golf cart is my primary means of transportation. Their App Support teams by far the most dedicated and knowledgeable group of individuals in the tech industry. I recently had a problem accessing the App. From the time I contacted them until a quick resolution, they were with me every step of the way. From a detailed and superior app to stellar customer service, the folks at BK Partnerships are wonderful.

I've been using this app for years, it's very helpful if you frequent the Villages. I recently had an issue logging into the app after multiple auto updates and not using the app often(I don't live in the Villages). I reached out to support and they had my issue resolved very quickly. Kudos to a great support team!

Great app, very helpful and affordable. I recommend it to everyone who moves into the Villages!. I've been using this app since 2023 but recently I changed credit cards and the automatic payment failed. After that I updated payment info and it charged me but now it won't let me into the app. I originally enrolled at $6.99 a year and I think when I tried to reenroll I was charged $8.99. I still don't have access. I would appreciate any help please.
