It’s basically an app that lets you scan a car’s VIN barcode and get a detailed report on its history – things like market value, past owners, accident records, recalls, and more. Pretty solid if you’re in the market for a used car and want to do your research.
There’s a free summary report you can get, and then you can pay a bit more for a full comprehensive report with up to 200 data points. The app makes it super easy – just type in or scan the VIN and boom, all the info you need. Saved me a ton of time compared to trying to dig all that up myself.
Look, if you’re in the process of buying a used car, this app is definitely worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the reports can be a bit overwhelming and the paid version is kind of pricey. But overall, it does the job and gives you way more peace of mind going into a used car buy.
