Reviews for VIN Report for Used Cars

Awesome app when looking at & buying vehicles. Free. Good info. Only way it could be better is free Carfax -even if just a simple version showing basic history. Good when selling also as you can easily see how much your car is worth based on vin & input current mileage. Very good app. Highly recommend!

It's ok except when I try and change the spec it goes right back to what they feel milage should be be cause of its age. I'm the owner and I'm trying input the correct milage. It's 30,000 miles more than the actual miles. Plus 2-3 interior specs are inncorrect also. Other than that it's accurate 75/100

I was never able to find a complete report about my truck. I kept getting unsolicited estimates for what it would sell, and I always thought they were low. Now I now the value and a great deal of more information that is great to know. This is a great app.

Carfax asked me what comfort package my car had using the sell feature. I looked it up on iSeeCars and going down the list: i do not have fog lights, Automatic Emergency Braking or an Infotainment Center as the iSeeCars report suggested. I considered the app very accurate but now not as much the scan problem is not current i have no data at this time

Cars are a hobby for me. I'm constantly looking, comparing, and researching. This is, by far, the most useful VIN lookup tool around. It collects the most useful information and provided links to important info like recalls. I use the free version and have no issues.

I've been using this app and another from Iseecars for as long as I can remember... This is the best app of its kind.. bar none! Big 'ol attaboy to the creators, for not only providing an extremely useful and usable product... but for excelling in a practice that mid creators failed to even recognize. The now ancient and lost art of actively listening to its customer base...while simultaneously maintaining and up dating its service. Congratulations you guys are doing it the right way. Drive on!

It gives generic information for similar vehicles. I checked a car sold in my area, allegedly for $700. It doesn't run, start, or even crank. It had 208,000 miles when it was registered two years ago, but the app suggested that it had 166,874 miles, based on some average miles driven per year for an Accord, and said that it was worth $3,632, apparently based on a national average of similar cars on their website.

Great app! . . . Give me the specs on the car by the VIN number, and a whole lot more. Would recommend! . . . Would like to see the "In Service Date" included in the information provided by the app. to know if the car is still under factory warranty. Maybe the developers can include this information in the future.

Used to be great. Then... money. They modernized the platform to where they lock the info that ALL used to be free to a subscription based service. And it says you can get 5 free lookups when you sign up but then I did that and it STILL says something like (Due to high volume bla bla.. pay.) to BLOCK you from crucial info that you NEED. Its all love. Peace

free VIN report has been an invaluable tool for me while looking for a car! not only do they give you like a Carfax report, they also give you a rundown of all the specs and comfort items that come with in the car! instead of having to go to 5 different places to find out everything I wanted to know about the car free VIN check had it right there! I will definitely looking for my next car to purchase!
