Been using VIN Scanner for a couple months now. It’s basically a barcode scanning app that pulls vehicle history data for auto pros. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: Scan a car’s VIN and it’ll show you the wholesale, retail, and trade-in values from all the major guides like Kelley Blue Book and Manheim. And there’s also a CARFAX and AutoCheck report – that’s pretty cool. And you can search for vehicles by year, make, and model if you don’t have a VIN.
Look, if you’re an auto dealer, mechanic, or just into cars, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface is a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need fast access to vehicle valuation data.
