you can't get past the opening page. It asks you to choose the state when you do you move to the second page and then it force closes down. Once you reopen the app you start all over again and the same thing continually happens over and over this app is garbage

As a survivor of a child who was murdered this app give me my peace of mind that the ones who killed him- I know every action taken as theyove through the system. Notifying me everytime by phone, this app and by email. This is the best safety so far. Thank you to those who made this app a reality, you're awesome.

I downloaded the app to find an offender custody status. Tried three times and three times the app stopped working and had to be restarted. I rated it one star only because I couldn't rate it less. For me the app is less than worthless and has been uninstalled.

Very informative and has only gotten better with time. It has only let me down once during the past 15 years that i have used this website/app/organization for timely updates i can rely upon. Thank you for providing what has proven to be a life saving service for so many.

This app has changed and not for the best .. I have never had so many problems trying to just add "notify me..." .. this is so frustrating I'd rather just uninstall this app and see my family/friend once they get out!! The frustration is not worth it!!

Can quickly check whether someone is locked up. Updates their information quickly, and is always accurate. You don't have to wait days to find out if and/or where someone is being held. You don't have to call multiple jails. This app gives you that information. Helpful for violence/assault victims, or anyone who wants to stay up to date on a certain someone's location.

Shouldn't have to choose which state each time its opened and then have to sign in each time. I have registered my phone number and email but each time, shows no registrations. If i an fortunate enough to get past the code verification screen, i put number in and get the already signed up for notifications? Am I or not? Will try to log in to desktop version after reading other reviews. I think this is an excellent service and idea but if the app is not working then its not very useful

as long as you are okay with getting these notifications for all eternity go ahead and download it right now this app is dominating my phone I cannot turn off notifications it works and gives you notifications as to any change but it is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to TURN NOTIFICATIONS OFF. I have followed all Vine instructions to the letter repeatedly nothing works getting hundreds of notifications it's a night mare

Fantastic tool for crime victims or just concerned citizens. Smooth interface and speedy SMS and email communication channels. It's definitely one of the most useful applications on my phone. I highly recommend this app! Many thanks to the developers and publishers!

I'm not sure what problems people are having but it does exactly what the website does. Maybe people aren't aware of what you normally get for info. As long as you have first and last name or their swis ID number and the correct state you should be able to find your target. Worked fine for me. No passwords needed.

Doesn't even work. Just gives me a blank purple screen with zero options or writing whatsoever. Considering what this app is for you would think the developer would be on top of this kind of thing but I can see they havent released an update in 9 months. Website is currently unable to use as well so over all, the entire agency is 1 star, not just the app.

I dont remember this app being such a pain to navigate. To search my registrations i need a verification code sent to email or phone. Well guess what when you have to back out of the app to get the code and go back to put it in it starts all over and even though the code us valid for 30 minutes it says invalid code.

Every time I try to use this app it will NOT WORK.. I've been using VineLink for about 3 years now.. I have depended on the information Vine provides and it has never let me down and I have ALWAYS had ZERO problems with getting notified whether it's on the App or through the Website.. But I reinstalled it about a week ago and I have been unable to even sign in because for some reason it won't even open, Websiteeither... it's just a purple screen.. please help

It was working find at first, entered the info for a couple of weeks but I never got a notification about the changes that were made with the person I was looking for. I tired again today to open up the app and it won't let me get passed the first page! It forces the app to close. Tried it several times and still nothing. Pretty upset because I really wanted to be notified about any transfers with my bf. He called me himself and told me btw.

I was assaulted last year Feb 9th by this animal and he's doing jail time now and I personally use this app!! THIS IS A GREAT APP that let's you know that there still incarcerated and if you sign up for alerts it will tell you when they're getting out or if they're being moved to another facility.. It's a wonderful app that helps you stay safe and keeps you informed..I highly recommend!!

This app is great for people who are victims to be aware if they are in danger or to just stay informed. It can also be useful to the offender's family to locate them or to know about releases. I think it's cool that they have phone numbers for resources that you can save as well. Only complaint is that, I understand that security is the purpose of the app but it's aggravating to have to sign back in if you accidentally get off the screen. That is a feature that you should be able to toggle

I'm rating this at the moment 1 STAR, due to the fact that I CANNOT LOAD THE APP! I've tried multiple times, without success. 1 1/2 yrs ago, when I started using it, and did for several months thereafter, I would have rated it 4 STARS. It was easy to navigate, was helpful in the fact it made me feel safer, knew where and when my attacker was released, and you could actually use it!! NOTE TO THE DEVELOPERS, figure out what's going on, and fix please. A VICTIM'S SAFETY IS NO JOKE.

Update: this has been fixed and I'm back to using this app again. I receive 45+ voicemails PER DAY from this service. They are in work release. Everytime custody changes (go-to work/back from work) I am notified each time. I've blocked the number only to have to obscene number of voicemails at all hours of the the night. Please fix this I've tried everything. I'm not even signed up for this offender in the first place! I'm about ready to change my number.

The reason for only 3 stars is the fact that the login doesn't stay. Even going away from the app for 1 minute and you're locked out. You should at the very least by choice be able to turn on saving the login as a setting, it would also be nice if you could turn biometric login. On as an option rather than having to constantly enter your username and password.

it's ok. the mobile version is buggy. when trying to enter my password, my stock keyboard covers the line for the password, and it makes it that much more difficult to type in. also, I've got people added multiple times under registrations, but only one person is showing up under my watch list. 🤔
