SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I have downloaded and paid for this app just to try it. Onboarding is hell. And after I used it, I fully believe this app is a SCAM. It's a TEMPLATE. Whatever you search, it gives you 6 branches, no more no less. And each of these branches become 3 other branches, followed by a small paragraph. So much for brainstorming. The answers are so basic. I could do better with a Google search, it doesn't even compare to ChatGPT.

great idea but way too pricey! things are moving too fast already and to pay such an amount of money knowing well I'd find better options soon, sounds like a bad deal.

so far great, will update, just started using, have already touched on what I wanted to touch on, very good suggestions and input, resourceful and uplifting, encouraging, hopeful, a delight.

Password reset link flagged by Gmail as phishing. Confusing linkage - link from LingoAI took me to VisualMind application in Google Play, application looks unpolished, some menus are freezing. App in the current state is not recommendable.

Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I was surprised to find that four payments had been debited from my account instead of the expected single payment. big deception

freaking amazing, truly. I am obsessed with this app. the single complaint i have is that I wasn't able to discover it sooner. this is a GAME CHANGER for me, and can also be one for literally any type of person out there. you can create a mind map from scratch or, my favorite feature, you can message with AI, describing exactly what you want/need in detail OR using a single over arching phrase/topic, and in seconds, you'll have an intricate, detailed mind map with so much information!

This is predatory billing practices. What normally costs a subscription for other AI tools monthly, they charge weekly. It is not clear they do this when you sign up. As mentioned in other reviews the functionality and quality of the product is not on par with other apps (for mind mapping Lucid or Miro).

Cannot save or export complex mind maps. Lots of bugs and errors. I paid a year in advance. It's usable for basic mind maps, but one it has a bit of complexity it will stop working. Not impressed.

Predatory Billing Practices This company does not list your subscription with google. If you are reviewing your subscriptions, VisualMind will not appear. Unlike Amazon, for example, this company does not remind you that your subscription is about to expire. No, they auto-renew, and only then do they remember how to contact you. If you reply instantly to request a refund, even when their records show you do not use the app at all, they refuse. Stay far away.

this is a great app, very addictive. you can learn all the necessary stuff in a whole month varsity topic in a matter of couple minutes. but please try to allow exports in other file formats apart from jpg alone, something like PDFs would really be appreciated

A beggar app, like a homeless dude, asks for money at the entrance, and even if you find a way to use it freely, it gets blocked after 3 or 5 searches, and begs for money again. Would be a great app if it was free, but cuz it is irritating by begging and begging, I gave it 1 star, at least it got a star.

Not free. I cannot say if the app is good or bad, because i was unable to use it without adding a credit card. And that's understandable. However, what pisses me off is that you waste 3-5 minutes of my time promising me that you are going to help me with all cool tools, and then throw me a paywall.

Mind Map generated are not getting saved and though it is saved rarely, while being pushed over e-mail the clarity of the mind map is with almost ZERO visibility. We don't mind getting charged but provide us service for the charges imposed in the name of subscription. And failing to understand the logic of not making the desktop version available.

Not ready. Very basic. This app should not be charging a fee yet. Taking high level responses and plotting them on a mind map instead of a list. Also, the onboarding flow makes it sound like there is an unsubscribe feature in the app. There isn't. You have to email them. We'll see what happens. I expect to get a refund. Not looking very good.

The reviews saved me. I thought I'd seen this before and wondered why I didn't download it. I need to make a folder and put apps in it to stay away from. Better yet, just a note. The reviews show exactly what I was afraid of. It could malfunction and not even generate info about what you're asking about, plus no unsubsidized button, and no trial? If you're not going to do a free trial at least offer an extremely cheap one.

So far the app is fast and helpful, but it has a long way to go to be useful. You can't export the maps fully unless they fit on your screen and the mind maps only go one level out. You can't expand beyond that in the same topic or question and you can't remove or hide branches of the map that aren't useful or that you don't want. I can see the foundation of the app having lots of potential but I'm regretting my purchase having not realized the limitations.

I really disliked it. I'm not sure where all the wonderful reviews come from... you can only see whatever is generated in the app. no export button, no edit text on the bubbles. it's like a closed ecosystem. also the conversation doesn't seem to flow and remember previous info Seems like Reputation management at its purest. I asked for a refund for so long. they kept asking for a proof of payment when I paid here with google play and they can't make an effort to look it up by email? odd.

I'm giving it one star because none of their options "spark [my] interests". I have to lie to sign up. I learn best through visual and audio, not just one. Not enough options for "what inspires my learning". After going through meaningless questions which have no good choice options, I'm then forced to subscribe with payment before using it. No thank you. 👎

I haven't been able to use the app, and have been charged more than I should've I just noticed 4 payments on my credit card for 4 times. I can do what this app does since I understand how to make mind maps. ethats really all it is there are other apps that do the same thing for free or less cost. You have to jump thru hoops to keep from getting billed expect to spend 10-15 minutes to do so Ive cancelled a while ago but still getting billed which has put my credit card balance over the limit!!!

The app doesn't open and doesn't allow me to log-in. I signed up with and paid for 1-year in advance, however when I log-in, the app is stuck on the sign-in page for a few minutes then stops. When I try to reset the password, it does nothing. So basically it is useless. I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and that didn't work. Too bad as the first impression of your app was positive and now it changed 180 degree. I'll ask for a refund and hope it will not be as frustrating getting it
