It is set up for the benefit of recruiters. NOT the ones looking for a contract. You will be bombarded if you simply ask one question, and immediately this site will trick you into sending out multiple "applications" when you do ask a question. You don't realize that when you hit the "start a conversation" button, you are applying. Recruiters are savages and Vivian is set up for them to do their hunting. I need to come up with a site that is more for the worker, not the blood thirsty hunter.

I like that there's an app to connect with healthcare providers, but it's one of the worst apps in terms of technical performance.
Once you begin typing a message if it's not 6 words or less the delay is horrible. I need to update my profile but I can't. I have missed 3 jobs b/c of how long it takes to reply to a recruiter message. It's freezing up, crashing while in the middle of important information. I have been trying to reply to a recruiter message now for about 45mins now. I just gave up.
very disappointed in realizing this company started utilizing AI with no way for us to turn off that option except in individual chats after they're initiated. considering the amount of resources AI generators deplete from the areas they've been built in and the drain on the healthcare in surrounding areas that creates, you would think an app and company that is supposed to be part of helping healthcare would think of that. absolutely abhorrent way to conduct business in the healthcare field

great app, with no BS. I honestly wish GOOGLE would take all apps for professionals THIS seriously. if you are new to the medical field, you are DOING IT WRONG, if you are not at least considering this app
Vivian is a great place to find top paying travel nurse jobs. The best thing about it, is that you can look at different jobs all over the country, compare and contrast, then choose what suits you best. Thanks Vivian for this much needed platform.
I absolutely love this site! very efficient for us travelers to communicate with agents and quickly view jobs out there.
Vivian is great for one-stop shopping to find travel positions at different locations and various rates per travel company. The downside is that personal information is given to all travel companies and brings years of constant daily solicition calls even when your status states "not currently looking."
As a radiologic technologist who is only trying to work in a regular xray department (not CT, Cath lab, or IR) this app/website is almost unusable. They should make a way to hide jobs they're not able to filter out, or do a better job of filtering out the different modalities.
This app SUCKS!! Recruiters NEVER responded to any application submitted. How can you find a job when they don't respond to you, no matter how many jobs you apply to or even when you message them back! STILL NO RESPONSE
Not top paying jobs for CST. Actually its sad to see them lure in new travelers with the shameful rates. When you do talk to recruiters they pretend that they have no power of negotiations. They also act very dumbfounded when you ask basic questions as to services, days, and call. The postings also do not specify if Hearts is what they are looking for which again are at very low rates. Not sure if they are taking a big pay cut for referrals or they are just so new they do not know local markets
Useful app for general rate research. I've heard from other who've used it that sometimes numbers aren't accurate, but generally a 5k offer will still end up better than 4k offer. I can't say for smoothness of application to an individual job/agency yet. The daily notifications of a random job are very annoying, and I wish there was a way to filter or shut them off.
Mediocre app. Lists of cities are reset when you click on one and then go back. No way to filter by what cities have jobs, so you have a list of 50+ cities that may have had jobs in the past but no way of knowing if they still do until you click on the city. And then when you go back, you guessed it, the list is reset. Have fun with endless scrolling. Youll see jobs listed for high amounts and the recruiters will tell you that it isn't accurate.
Does not work. This app freezes up and crashes, nonstop, almost instantly. You can not fill out your profile or type a response to recruiter messages without it freezing and or crashing. Its nearly impossible to use as it barely operates at all. Could be phenomenal, it just needs to be capable of functioning properly. Lots of agencies, recruiters and jobs, very poor functionality. The idea is brilliant and much needed.
The app worked very well for a long time. Now it's so glitchy as to be almost useless. If you click on 'see more jobs like this' under travel contracts it simply scrolls to the bottom of the page. Additionally, even if you go to 'search jobs' you cannot sort the jobs by pay. I don't want to scroll through 800+ contracts in a totally random order. Please fix!
Unable to report unscrupulous recruiters , the reporting system just pulses and never submits. You end up canceling just to get out of it. So, in essence, reporting complaints is impossible. How convenient. The app sucks, takes way too long to load jobs, making it seem like it's hung up. I'm getting harassed by recruiters from Lancesoft, they won't leave me alone even though I never contacted them. Be very wary.
Deceptive. The companies post high paying contracts and then when you say you are interested and get to talking with them, here comes the "after double checking I see our rates aren't correct and it's actually this" and it is significantly lower than what the posting says. This has happened with 3 different companies and the fact that they are allowed to do this is infuriating. This app is deceptive and do not believe the pay on the posts! Always double check because it is never what it says.
It is hard for a recruiter to call you and when they reply can sometimes take hours. I never traveled or took a job from this company but I definitely will find another agency. Plus, not many choices for a traveling job. Aya Healthcare is a good agency! They do help you a lot! Just not many jobs on their end either, right now.
