It is set up for the benefit of recruiters. NOT the ones looking for a contract. You will be bombarded if you simply ask one question, and immediately this site will trick you into sending out multiple "applications" when you do ask a question. You don't realize that when you hit the "start a conversation" button, you are applying. Recruiters are savages and Vivian is set up for them to do their hunting. I need to come up with a site that is more for the worker, not the blood thirsty hunter.

Very slow response rate when clicking buttons. Makes me type in a verification code every single time I log on, even if it has only been 20 min since I last logged on. I can't see clinician contact info when I click on the more info button. I like that there's an app to connect with healthcare providers, but it's one of the worst apps in terms of technical performance.

Once you begin typing a message if it's not 6 words or less the delay is horrible. I need to update my profile but I can't. I have missed 3 jobs b/c of how long it takes to reply to a recruiter message. It's freezing up, crashing while in the middle of important information. I have been trying to reply to a recruiter message now for about 45mins now. I just gave up.

very disappointed in realizing this company started utilizing AI with no way for us to turn off that option except in individual chats after they're initiated. considering the amount of resources AI generators deplete from the areas they've been built in and the drain on the healthcare in surrounding areas that creates, you would think an app and company that is supposed to be part of helping healthcare would think of that. absolutely abhorrent way to conduct business in the healthcare field

Vivian is great for one-stop shopping to find travel positions at different locations and various rates per travel company. The downside is that personal information is given to all travel companies and brings years of constant daily solicition calls even when your status states "not currently looking."
