Ridiculous! even if you pay an entire year of subscription, they'll still make you watch the ads on their platform or when watching a movie it's so annoying, and my upsetting is that their was NO disclosure on that before purchasing the plan! But, Overall, most of their content is not even worth watching, save your time and money Tubi is much, much better option.

I want to love the app but its infuriating!! It will restart the episode out of nowhere and then it will say that its not available! Thats even more infuriating if you have the basic plan and have to wait for commercials to play before you can fast forward to where you left off. I was so excited to watch my favorite novelas but at this point its just too much hassle to get through one episode!!

Got the trial to see live sports. Was watching just fine thru Amazon prime but had a hiccup with my Internet. When I went to get back on it kept saying event ended, but it had not and wasn't able to finish the last 10 min of the game. I wouldn't pay for this service bc I wasn't able to get back in to watch the rest of the game. Had to see the score and final comments on line so disappointing!

"At this time, ViX for Chromecast is only available from your computer's browser to stream to the TV." Doesn't cast from your phone at all. When you hit the chromecast button on the app it takes you to sign up for premium. I signed up thinking it would maybe unlock the feature, but no. It's just not compatible with Chromecast. It took me a while to figure out on my own...the representative couldn't even tell me.

Way to many adds ! It's ridiculous 8 adds popping one after another and more annoying same add over and over ! To only give you a few seconds to view ,then again repeats to about 7 adds! I guess this is to get you ! Into buying premium channels . 😞 Other than this it looks good and runs nice audio good also but even so may be leaving it soon I don't think I'm ever getting far on to watching the program !😔

This app is trash. Terrible content. Once I tried canceling the subscription they charged me an extra month, when I spoke to costumer service to request a refund they told me that it was my fault for using my phone browser instead of a computer. No refund at all and they just said: "sorry for the overcharge please cancel it on a computer". Make sure you double check the account cancelation or you will be charged again as well. 🗑️

I am paying for this app so I wouldn't get comercials, and I still get a lot of them!When I logged off of a device it didn't say commercials, I played an episode and there were comercials 1 at least every 5 mins or less. Then on a different device I logged in and it did say comercials and it played 6 every 7 mins or so. What's the point in paying for the app if you get more comercials when youre logged in?! Does not save where you last left off. I have 3 devices logged in and none of them sync!

I was hoping it had English subtitles. I was wanting to watch two telenovelas with a friend but they don't speak Spanish but they are okay reading English subtitles. The only work around this I can find is letting my phone Auto translate the audio which is not as accurate. I really suggest them at least getting English subtitles. Translate the subtitles from Spanish to English. There's a lot of cultural references that some people don't understand. I do like this app. They have a great selection

I like the novelas and everything they provide. The only issue that I hate is that it doesn't save the shows for you. You watch episodes, and you have to go out of your way to look up the episode and show again were you left off. Sometimes it saves it for you, but most of the time, I have to go and look for the show and where I left off, like it resets or something. It's very annoying, especially paying for the service.

Slow interface, but overall good - but when watching fútbol, the stream stops after first half, never starts up again on its own for the second half - must exit the app and restart. Customer service is no help at all in fixing this - tried several times to resolve it with them, to no avail. And with Premium I'm not supposed to have commercials but they are the only thing I can count on to always play no matter what lol...UPDATE 25 Feb 2024: Now almost always the second half starts up OK. Good!

UPDATE: 1 star!!! I UNINSTALLED ViX!! The ads were WAY too much. I'm not kidding there is an ad after every single scene! Every single scene. Ridiculous... just nevermind I will not be using this app anymore! I love VIX! The 4 stars is because it seems to have more and more ads. I know it's the free version but an add after every scene is a bit much. I do love it! I get to watch my novelas on the go and they have a lot of options. The ads are just so much.

I subscribed Premium to watch certain shows (they were advertised that ViX had them) only to find that they are not available. Also, shows/novelas have commercials, I have premium, it supposed to be commercial free. I tried to get a refund but I was denied. I literally have had my account less than an hour. Careful when you sign up, they just get your money.

If you like to pay for garbage, this is your app. It's not good at all. The soccer games stream soooo slow and they keep going back to the same minute because they can't download properly. When you try to watch a game after it aired, the app says they're available but the system won't play them . Then all the sudden they disappear and can't see them again. Some games are not available due to streaming rights and the app doesn't tell you that. Games stop and take you out of the app randomly.

I was super excited at first & watched 1 show. I got tired of the ads so I got the paid version. The app needs a lot of work. It doesn't continue where I left off, so I continuously have to look for the last episode I watched. It is very unresponsive & freezes often. When I use it on my TV, I have to spend 5-10 minutes trying to get the app to work by closing it & opening it b/c it says "no connection" even though all the other apps work fine. Sadly, I will be canceling my subscription.

Tried this app for the Euros/Copa America. App is slow and glitches. Menu is slow and frustrating. You will often find yourself choosing the wrong program because your initial inputs do not register and/or lag. Game replays won't load, and if they do, you have to fast forward, as the recording doesn't begin at match start but instead, you get 30 minutes of whatever programming was before the match. Someday, the Spain-England Final will load, but by then, I'll have deleted this app. Oh, well.

I have been forced to use this app for a while because it seems they're the only ones with full access to the Colombian league. I'm not interested in the rest of the content, so I can't comment on that. I pay for the "no ads" subscription, and there's always an ad before every live stream. When I reached out to customer service, they were rude and didn't acknowledge that they have ads (Vix adds, not adds from the live stream signal) on the no-ads plan. The app is clunky, poorly developed.

App has way too many commercials, It shows 1/3 of the program/show and 2 thirds of pure commercials. The worse, it will repeat the same commercial over and over. They want to get us to pay for the service to avoid all these commercials. Besides that, it's fine. Lately, I feel it has improve with commercials or I got used to that! I gave 3 stars due to commercials, however I like that it has such a great variety of programs, I saw 2 old novelas, the originals and other shows.

They'll renew your membership when one opens the app after months of inactivity. I don't have one anymore, but I once had a roku tv and used an older email when i made a vix account. So I was surprised when I received an email saying, "Thanks for subscribing." I talked with roku, and they made sure I had no active memberships to this app. They make it extremely hard to cancel if you didn't sign up with them. Roku doesn't have my current credit card info, so good luck charging me.

You paid for the premium to avoid the annoying commercials, and yet they are plentiful. Also, every time I want to watch a game replay, I have to wait several minutes, then if I fast forward it or rewind, it logs out and sends me to the beginning to start all over. If you have to turn off the app por your TV, it will not keep you where you left off. It will send you back to the annoying begging. As soon as I get a better app, I will get rid of this app

DO NOT SUBCRIBE. Just steals your money, and tells you they can't do anything. If purchasing premium through Google play or a 3rd party, the payment is not recognized by VIX. When going through their help center, I posted the screenshot of payment. they then what they said was " trying to locate the payment". was told to wait. after many minutes I just asked for my payment back. immediately after that, they said payment was not located. even though I showed them the payment &email verification.
