Ridiculous! even if you pay an entire year of subscription, they'll still make you watch the ads on their platform or when watching a movie it's so annoying, and my upsetting is that their was NO disclosure on that before purchasing the plan! But, Overall, most of their content is not even worth watching, save your time and money Tubi is much, much better option.
I want to love the app but its infuriating!! It will restart the episode out of nowhere and then it will say that its not available! Thats even more infuriating if you have the basic plan and have to wait for commercials to play before you can fast forward to where you left off. I was so excited to watch my favorite novelas but at this point its just too much hassle to get through one episode!!
Got the trial to see live sports. Was watching just fine thru Amazon prime but had a hiccup with my Internet. When I went to get back on it kept saying event ended, but it had not and wasn't able to finish the last 10 min of the game. I wouldn't pay for this service bc I wasn't able to get back in to watch the rest of the game. Had to see the score and final comments on line so disappointing!
"At this time, ViX for Chromecast is only available from your computer's browser to stream to the TV." Doesn't cast from your phone at all. When you hit the chromecast button on the app it takes you to sign up for premium. I signed up thinking it would maybe unlock the feature, but no. It's just not compatible with Chromecast. It took me a while to figure out on my own...the representative couldn't even tell me.
Way to many adds ! It's ridiculous 8 adds popping one after another and more annoying same add over and over ! To only give you a few seconds to view ,then again repeats to about 7 adds! I guess this is to get you ! Into buying premium channels . 😞 Other than this it looks good and runs nice audio good also but even so may be leaving it soon I don't think I'm ever getting far on to watching the program !😔
This app is trash. Terrible content. Once I tried canceling the subscription they charged me an extra month, when I spoke to costumer service to request a refund they told me that it was my fault for using my phone browser instead of a computer. No refund at all and they just said: "sorry for the overcharge please cancel it on a computer". Make sure you double check the account cancelation or you will be charged again as well. 🗑️
I am paying for this app so I wouldn't get comercials, and I still get a lot of them!When I logged off of a device it didn't say commercials, I played an episode and there were comercials 1 at least every 5 mins or less. Then on a different device I logged in and it did say comercials and it played 6 every 7 mins or so. What's the point in paying for the app if you get more comercials when youre logged in?! Does not save where you last left off. I have 3 devices logged in and none of them sync!
I was hoping it had English subtitles. I was wanting to watch two telenovelas with a friend but they don't speak Spanish but they are okay reading English subtitles. The only work around this I can find is letting my phone Auto translate the audio which is not as accurate. I really suggest them at least getting English subtitles. Translate the subtitles from Spanish to English. There's a lot of cultural references that some people don't understand. I do like this app. They have a great selection
I like the novelas and everything they provide. The only issue that I hate is that it doesn't save the shows for you. You watch episodes, and you have to go out of your way to look up the episode and show again were you left off. Sometimes it saves it for you, but most of the time, I have to go and look for the show and where I left off, like it resets or something. It's very annoying, especially paying for the service.
Slow interface, but overall good - but when watching fútbol, the stream stops after first half, never starts up again on its own for the second half - must exit the app and restart. Customer service is no help at all in fixing this - tried several times to resolve it with them, to no avail. And with Premium I'm not supposed to have commercials but they are the only thing I can count on to always play no matter what lol...UPDATE 25 Feb 2024: Now almost always the second half starts up OK. Good!
