This app was awful!! I got it to record some audio for a school project, and all it did was bring me troubles. several times I would record a snippet only for a pop-up to show saying that for some god forsaken reason the audio didn't save. first my battery was too low, no problem I'll just plug it in. then there was no wifi, ok I'll turn it on. I even cleared storage for this. yet, despite all that, it just would not do its job. if you need a functional app, you're better off looking elsewhere

Too many ads. Everytime I exit a recording to listen to a different one I have to watch an ad. It's repetitive, annoying, and quite irritating and discouraging after a while when all I want to do is press the back button to listen to another recording without having to watch an ad every single time. Especially when I need to record something again immediately after making a recording...an ad plays, and I'll forget what I have to record. It's very frustrating after a while.

Nothing but frustrations. I understand needing ads to support freeware. I get it. We all need to make a living. This style of advertising is so obnoxious it is to the point it not only slows your work down to a crawl, it's flat out counter productive. I installed this long ago. Used this for about 10 min. Thought I had uninstalled it. Today I needed a recorder. Used this for a couple recordings remembered the nightmare before and uninstalled it. Then double checked to make sure it was gone.

When I needed to use it as an urgent mean in a very specific situation, it started sending ads. By the time I got to the app, the situation have passed. So, you couldn't use it in a rush even if your safety depends on it. Then, I've tried to see if I could record anything, but I couldn't find where the recording went. Also being interrupted by constant ads. Don't download this useless app.

I gave this app 5 stars. At first. It's great if you want good, crisp, and clean recording. I've had no problems with storage, as you can record, and record...and record till your little heart is content. BUT, shortly after getting the app, I would notice that it was recording in the background. It happened more times than I liked, and the fact that this happened when I have not used the app prior DOES NOT SIT WELL WITH ME.

Trade as a replacement for an old app. Extremely disappointing. Mike covers a huge radius but the quality is poor. Too many things you can't do unless you buy the pro version, no trial period. As soon as I finished my first recording and listened back, then stopped, an ad popped up covering my entire screen. Worse yet, it took a while to figure out how to close that screen without purchasing since anything I touched led to a purchase.

Won't actually delete files even after permissions to delete have been granted. Same with edited files, keeps the original file AND the edited one and won't allow deleting of the original file. I edited the file because the original was too long. Will randomly not save a recorded file upon saving and then pop-up some error message that blends into the background and disappears too fast to read.

I love this app wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Since I'm an artist and I can record ideas while the beat is playing on my earphones on Bluetooth and doesn't cut off like other apps. I can record my vocals and melodies on the fly when I'm on the go and then listen to them later. For those reading this & wondering, I do have a home studio with a REAL Condenser Microphone & Pro Tools . 🤟🏽💯

I understand having ads in an app. That's great, that's cool. But man y'all just put them in the worst places, at the worst times and it ruins the whole functionality of the app. Like, no. I'm not giving you my money because you wanna throw ads in my face, then ask "nicely" for "spare change, ma'am?🥺". The actual app isn't bad and I might genuinely enjoy it if I didn't have to wait for an ad to finish every time I tried to do something🤦🤦

Its not a bad app however, it has a few disadvantages. I use this app for class lectures just to play catch up on notes, and every time I finish the record, Ads pop up and If I don't want the ads, I have to pay extra for no ads option . The sound quality is disappointing. If you want a better quality, there is a pay on option and lastly the storage. There should be a option for you to move the recordings to the external drive of your phone instead the internal, that burns alot of data !!

Nearly impossible to use the free version. Ok, cool there is a free and paid version of the app, but if you're using the free version, the navigation and trickery to essentially force people into believing they HAVE to sign up for a paid version is abusive and borders on fraudulent. And you get trickery when trying to close the app as well. Uninstalled after a few uses. The 'used car salesman' of apps. Don't reward the developers behavior and find another app... Paid or not.

Awful. Yes it records, but the ads are prohibitive. I thought it might just be some banner ads at the bottom, which would be fine, but instead there are pop up Ads that block workflow completely, and almost constantly, when switching between different recorded tracks. I wouldn't mind paying a small sum to bypass the advertisements for a good recording app. However, they want you to pay monthly, which would raises the cost exorbitantly.

It lets you record a single high quality track whenever you first install it and makes you think it's a nice little app to practice with. But then it asks you to rate it after recording just once. You only just started using it and it seems great right.... well that's when they hit you with the adds that completely take over and the only way to get around that is to pay for the whole thing......

Works great ALMOST all the time! 🔥Every once in a while, it show's the recording & time ended/elapsed, but the data is 0 mb and recorded time was 0:00! 😱 When it's a very important call, or Zoom, it's devastating, because it APPEARED to be recording fine (as I check it periodically now to make sure it didn't stop) but when I go to save it, there's NOTHING to save. 😱 But when it works, it's easy, quick, great quality and can be free, but I bought the Pro version cuz it was totally worth it! 🏆

The app records very crisp and clear audio that's easy to access from start to end. It's handy for when you need to take down memos or to make to-do lists or grocery lists, etc. I highly recommend this app for those who have limited use of their hands or arms, or who have issues with their vision, or their memory. It has helped me remember important dates, the chronology of events, and what was discussed in conversations that were contractually binding. It has so many uses!

Initially, the app asked for a rating before I could listen to my first recording, so I gave it 1 star due to lack of experience. It required saving the recording before playback and demanded a rating to access it, resulting in the 1-star rating. Now, after using it, I give it 5 stars! I love its long recording duration, the ability to record while the phone is in sleep mode or when using other apps, and the option to clip recordings and save them separately while keeping the original intact.

Absurd amount of ads. Even swiping from the record to the listen section gets me an ad. An ad after listening to an audio, another trying to export it, another after coming back from the export section. What's worse is that the ads have the fake "x" or skip buttons, so you get sent to the app store. makes it barely usable. can't even export via email without it crashing. Switching off wifi and data results in ads. Banners for ads that keep flashing, just in hopes you buy Pro. genuinely unusable

Great app, I've been using it for years as a student reporter however, I've just now noticed that my audio files since yesterday are somehow super slowed down, I tried recording some audio to see if it was a one time thing, I recorded for a few seconds but the saved audio file was slowed down and extended, I'm hoping there's a way to fix that, maybe the audio is somehow saved normally but something is slowing it down when you try listening to them, I'm hoping someone can get back to me on this

This app used to be great. Now deluged with ads. Still easy to use normally. I need to ask a question. I made a recording. When I went to stop the recording and I saved it, a pop up notification said it could not be displayed. I could not see the whole message before it disappeared. I cannot find it. Is it lost? Deleted? Please, it's very important. How can I retreive my last recording???

The app does what it says on the tin, most of the time, but every now and again it'll lose your recording, or fail to record at all. If I'm recording something I obviously want to save it, so I need to know my app will actually save it. would be 5 stars if more reliable. there are also ads after listening to a recording, which is fine if your recordings are more than 5 seconds
