it's a good app really!!! So you may be wondering why I rated 4 stars instead of 5, well that's because I personally think you should be able to use it on calls with phone as well and the app was a little confusing. Though it's perfect for calls on PC!!! :)

← Back to VoicemodLove this app. I can use my phone as a soundboard, can control the volume of each sounds, I can add my own sounds, and can change the thumbnail easily because you can search a thumbnail in the app to make it easier to find the sound button. And it's FREE and EASY TO USE. Just scan the qr code in your pc and it's done. But i have a suggestion, let us sort the sounds alphabetically and also stop the app from rotating.
i used the voicemod on my laptop and it was reasonably awful voice conversion due to the built-in mic and terrible spec overall. i however cannot even begin the initialaztion process on my phone for some reason, even after clearing cache and data multiple times, restarting didnt work either :(
The app works fine but there's a few things I noticed that aren't big problems but I find quite annoying like for example my friend has voices that I don't for some reason despite him using the free version and me using pro, theirs also the issue that some voices sound good while the rest sound terrible, I use this app to troll people in VCS and games but the only good mics are the ones meant to be trash, anyway I like the app it works great on desktop and mobile just wish for some better voices
Can't even log into an account- it sends you to a webpage where I created an account, but when I click "open the app" it doesn't work. Opening the app on its own still displays I need to login. I was so excited to use it for DnD too :(
PC version works just fine. The mobile app only tells me 'OOPS! An error occurred during initialization of the application. Please restart the application.' Restarted the mobile app dozens of times now. Restarted mobile device even. No effect. edit: i found the issue. My DNS filter blocked your trackers. When booting on mobile-data it worked. After login it also worked on WiFi
Very cool but it has the capability to be more. I'd personally like to see a voice copier and then able to tune that voice to use as a live changer. I can't seem to find it on the desktop version so if this can be added or easier to find.
it works well sometimes I'm on PS5. my biggest problem was I paid for the year subscription which was 29.99 up front and yet it kept trying to charge me the next month and then it canceled my subscription since i didn't allow it to take more that what it said originally. then I emailed their support and told them that it kept trying to charge me each month and they admitted it was 29.99 for a year but yet when I sent pictures proof of it continously trying to pull money form me they didn't reply
I love the app, use it for xbox with the voicemod key all the time, but I just logged in with the wrong account and cannot find the sign out option. sometimes will lag, and cannot select multiple sounds to add to a soundboard. Edit: i just found the easiest way is to delete the app, and re-download, it will log you out. when directed to the browser, it will try to automatically log you back in. Just press the profile button, log out, and youre good! put in the log in info and youre good!
Still needs some improvements, I think biggest issue is the volume for anyone on the receiving end has their ears blown out by unnecessary blasting volume. Still having issues working when connected to the phone. I can obviously hear what I'm playing but no one will here anything from their end. Sometimes it will stop while I could be occupied with something during play. Only to see that the sound board stopped using a mic wifi sensor. I shouldn't be plugging in and out just to get it to work
The latest update, with it connecting to your headset microphone, is terrible. I like the idea of it, but I can only hear myself when I have the mic to my lips, my mic isn't bendable. But even with bendable mics I'd prefer to not be eating my mic. Then I tested it out with other people and they could barely hear me.
I really wanted to love Voicemod, but after weeks of trying to get it to work properly on my PS5, I’m just frustrated. I followed all the setup instructions to the letter, reset everything, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, and even received a replacement key—but nothing has worked. While I can hear the voice effects on my end, no one else in my party can hear anything from me at all. I've submitted multiple support tickets, but customer service just sends basic canned resps
This was not user friendly. It allowed me to "record" something. I had to figure that out with no instruction. Then I couldn't play back or edit whatever I may have recorded, if anything. Seems unusable? If anyone got it to work, good for them. It was recommended to me as a voice recording and voice editing/changing app. I did not find that to be the case. Sorry.
It works! Sometimes... the app is great when it decides to work, but i constantly have to deal with this POS disconnecting itself from the wifi, and i have to reconnect it. It never wants to work for more than a minute, and it sucks when im trying to make jokes. All in all, if you wanna make jokes and everything, especially with soundboards, just use the app separately and use voicemod on your pc. Don't use the controller.
It's ok. It works great for PC but this android version doesn't let me record audio even with all the permissions enabled. Whole thing a pretty simple to use because there's hardly any options to choose from, settings wise anyway. Lots of voices and sounds to choose from that are pretty good but you can only use it for yourself rather than let anyone else hear you, which defeats the point in my opinion
This is app is kinda disappointing. When I found out about this app, I thought it would let you do a lot more in conjunction with the PC all, but you can only search and play sound effects. You can't manage or even see the sound boards you have set up on the PC, and you can only toggle the voice changer on/off. So, at best, this is just alright as a companion app for PC and feels like it's missing a bunch of core features that most would think would be included at launch.
Disappointed. I got this cause a friend recommended it, but it doesn't make sense. Before I logged in, I was able to use 4 sounds for the voice changer. It told me if I logged into my discord, I'd have access to more voices, so naturally, I did that. When I had logged in, I lost access to the original 4 voices I had access to before and couldn't even use the other voices unless I had "Voicemod Pro" and there's no way of knowing how to actually get that. The app is very confusing.
I loved using this app, but there is a problem now. I am using a Bluetooth jet ski speaker to play sounds on this app, but for some reason, it isn't loud...can you fix that soon? If so, then thanks! EDIT: Tried it out now, but it is still kinda blurred. And I mean this on the jet ski speaker. But the bluetooth circle one I also got works the app just fine!
The remote feature works great. Using the soundboard on your phone doesn't work that well though. After using 3 or 4 sounds, then they don't play anymore. If they fix that, 5 stars. I paid $50 to use the full version. I expected higher quality.
app still crashes when you log in then try to use it as a controller. also you're forced to log in now. controller is useless. it crashes on the reconnect, both have been restarted daily. they're on the same wifi and my antivirus doesn't even detect it as a threat. Edit: I may have found the solution and it's incredibly stupid. if the app starts on any tab other than trending, it crashes, if you manage to set it to trending before, it works when starting it again (so far)
