Update.8/18 Still no response. I canceled my membership... When they did get back to me, it was instructions of the recording i had already sent them showing the same thing. Right at this point.. I would not suggest the app. Customer service only takes messages and is not able to help. It still has not been resolved after 1 week of many emails. I pay 17.00 a month. It's frustrating, and Im starting to feel like it's a scam. If they respond and fix it..I'll edit my review.

S C A M !! takes your money for the subscription fast and easy but when it comes to giving you an advance. you'll never receive it and when you contact support they just tell you "It takes a few business day's to process" it's been 4 days and still haven't received anything. avoid!!!

Ok. Why am I going to my email to get the code. And when I open the app again. It sends me right back to the home page! Please fix! You should've implemented using a phone number innards of just an email. Very frustrating! Now i would have to do the steps all over again. But, I'm not. Fix it....Thanks!! Matter of fact. Uninstalling till you get it right!

Do not put the money on their virtual card. It will always be declined when you try and use it and no one will tell you anything. It is horrible. Every time I tried to use the money on the V Card, it would tell me not enough balance for things like $10 dollar purchase when there was $75 on the card. Also anytime the card is declined, it drops your Vola score, even if it's bc you had the card frozen or if it's because it takes almost a month for a retuned purchase to show no longer pending.

Very frustrating! When you try and fill in a code from your email or phone number, the numbers don't line up so it tells you it's wrong everytime. Not only that but there is a huge delay when you try and press the continue button, or any button for that matter. Then I tried to link my bank account and that page kept coming up blank so I just uninstalled it. Very disappointing.

They refuse to update my phone number so I can login, they offer extensions but have refused to respond and change my phone number so I can login. They collected their money and overdrafted my account, refuse to respond to my continuous emails to them about this AND continue to try to charge me money, since they won't allow me to login and cancel. IT'S FRAUD. They also have multiple fraudulent contact numbers listed on their website. ETA: they still refuse to provide accurate contact info.

Vola took out my latest subscription fee on September 13th. No bank transfer issue here.... When I tried to take out an advance today, an error pop up stated... having issues transferring with the bank. Try editing or add account. Nothing wrong with my bank account. They are happy to take your fee, but they don't want process loan to you. You email them with issue, and they don't even get back to you.

EDIT : WHAT A RESPONSE!!! MAYBE NOTHING!!! CLUELESS PERSONAL INFO THIEVES!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Really baaaaad clueless customer service. I have an eligible bank account, first they tell me it's a technical issue, then they tell me it's a recurring transaction issue, then they tell me it's the age of my bank account, all of it is BS and all of it passes their requirements. I can't stand companies like this that fish people's information and then simply choose not to deliver what they promise.

Terrible!! Added my account and Vola was showing a different balance than my bank. I re-added my account and the balance was correct but it said there was no income and the account must be active for at least four months. I've been using that account for over 10 years. Last, there's no way to talk to someone. I sent messages but never got a response. Don't waste your time.

I'll stick with Empower. Signed up on 12/2 @ 8pm. Was given "rock" tier level for $3.99. Advance amount was between $15- $30. Went to take an advance & was not given an option to enter amount I wanted. It was set for just $15. So I do the $15 advance only to discover, 12 hrs later!!, still no money in my account! App says it takes 24hrs but only said that after I did the advance. Now it's a waiting game to receive it, pay it back, & close the account. I'll stick with Empower!!
