This is the EASIEST and simple app I've found. Nothing fancy about it. You want an easy app, this is it. You enter your transaction amount, (make sure u change the plus or minus icon according), enter the payee name (once entered, it's saved), enter category (once entered its saved), add a note if wanted. You can check off verified for those entries to be deducted now or leave unchecked for a payment coming up. It shows verified balance and balance. Wish had graphs to show spending areas.

I love this app. I'm one of those that I have to balance my checkbook to the penny or I freak out. I love that once I tap that a payment has been verified, I see the available balance of what I should have, and the verified balance, of what my bank account shows. So much easier to balance, as the verified amount should be exactly what my bank app shows. Thank you for a simple app that does exactly what I want with no extra bells and whistles that I am required to use. I haven't used any additional features yet, such as the backup, transfer, or statements, just the checkbook register.

This checkbook app is one of the easiest apps that I have found. I like the two totals it shows, cleared balance and actual balance, the two makes it so much easier to keep a total with the bank balance. If you have transactions to the same place you can duplicate the first transaction and change the total charge and the rest of the transaction is already there. I just wish you could do split transactions to keep an accurate category instead of making two transactions to keep the category

I miss the trustworthiness of the old paper check registers. This app allows me the features of a checkbook register (of course for electronic transactions) without having to use a physical register and pen. I can list my transactions as I make them, rather than as they clear, and then reconcile with my online banking history. I feel more in control of my money rather than being pulled around by it without knowing EXACTLY where I stand. Practical, reliable, and recommended.

I love this app for keeping up with spending and account balances. My only complaint is that there is no way to sign in so that other household members can see the same information from their phone.This would be a great addition to the paid upgrade. I would love for my husband to also be able to download the app and add items instead of having to keep up with recipts or remember to tell me how much he spent every time he uses the debit card. If the app had this ability, I would give it 5 stars.

I'm giving the app 3 stars for now. I've been using the free versionfor about a year now. I purchased thr premium for $3.99. It's a bit pricey considering the only additional features unlocked were the ability to import the register to a .cvs file and add a pin #. This app would be very useful if I could track monthly expenses for categories I've set up (i.e. electric, groceries). *Chg'd my rating from 3 to 5 stars after just finding the features I wanted. This is seriously a great app!**

so far so good. wanted an easy way to keep track of my money and this is working, what more can you ask for? and its free Update It's 2020 and it's still working great and that's without upgrading! Love it! Would like a way to have an account that not included in the balances. I'm tracking expenses for an upcoming trip and some of those are being duplicated. Thanks!

Update: this is my daily driver for expenses, i was just wondering if there would be the possibility for a dark theme? Loving this check book. The only suggestion I have is for the option to reorder the entry fields. I would rather have the payee above the amount. But this is a small and minor pet peeve of mine. I wanted a simple and clean check book app and I found what I was looking for with this. Keep this app alive and going because you have done a fantastic job.

I've used this app since mid-2018. In Feb, 2019, paid the 1-time fee to keep my info backed up. I have recurring bills that are drafted, & can enter payments ahead of time to see what my balance will be. To repeat an entry, long-press, choose Duplicate this Transaction. I have ledgers for work, personal, & savings. I've not had any problems with it these 6 years. I only wish it were printable (or to email it to myself). I would be happy to pay for this.

This is the best app ever! Just a very straightforward app that you can customize to your heart's content, without it trying to bully you into doing things someone else's way. You can set up a bunch of accounts, transfer money into them so you can save up for something, then uncheck the accout box so that you can see a total of what you have to actually spend for the month. I love this app. I can't overemphasize enough how big a deal its uncluttered interface is to me.
