Thanks for your replied. I have submitted the issue to your support team and hope to get the reply soon. I paid for annual package which started from 26 November 2020 and now still ask me to subscribe and I cannot proceed if not sign up!!!! Not many books compare to App Storytel. Most of the books is for kindergarten level instead of 7 year old and above. Only English books available and limited. Will cancel the subscription once it due as it is not that good as per what have advertised.

So I just downloaded the app because it said 30 day free trial...I have 3 kids who I would've loved to get them into more reading. But I downloaded the app, made the account and was in the process of accepting the free trial then boom it never loads. I decided to reload it on my desktop but the free trial offer no longer applies to me because now I have an existing account and when I try to watch any books it keeps saying error, so I have to pay $49.99. When I try to pay its saying error. 🙄

This app has a lot of issues. So I subscribe to get the 30days trial and after 7days they say my free trial has ended. They cancel everything so i can try again.Subscribe again, and every time i go to the app it says your subscription is over. Can't watch a video or anything, a month later they charge my card🤯what for ? You just said my subscription is over. I wanted it that bad so I tried to pay through the gift option, it only worked for five days. Soo disappointed. Charged twice for nothing

My kids and I love this app. About an hour if stories together every night is part of our routine now. Sadly, the app hasn't been very responsive lately. It seems the touch screen stops responding once you pick a story, which wouldn't be that big an issue, except much of the time the book will jump to a random spot half way through the story, or near the end, even though we've never stopped a book half way and sometimes it happens even on books we haven't read before! Sometime it just closes.

Very good stories, and updated. Don't always agree that titles are age appropriate according to how they are graded due to difficult vocabulary and subjects. I would like the option to have the story tellers voice switched off optionally. To read a book it would be great to have only the background music/sound on but no narrator. The narrator will be the parent or child. Awaiting your feedback.

Hi, Pros: Beautifully designed books and animations- I loved it. Cons: In the young age children are learning to read. And honestly I expected to have an option where I can switch off video mode and my child could read a book by herself and see the same animations in the background. Other wise this becomes lazy "reading" rather than motivating my child to read better (when she is in the mood or as school homework activity). That said, another idea would be (a bit farfetched and a lot of development :)) I would use voice recognition when a child reads a book to highlight the words (as in read correctly) while reading mode. Which would cover amazingly both worlds (listening and actually reading opportunities).

Vooks is a fantastic tool I think. It is a combination of creativity, learning and fun! For sure reading a book to your child is fantastic. My kids love watching Vooks when we are out and about and this is so much more wholesome than simply playing games. The books are creative because of the graphic design incorporating with moving pictures and sound! I think it is wonderful for young kids. My kids get angry and unregulated watching youtube or playing games. This is a perfect solution!

After a couple months using the free teacher's membership I've decided to change my review from 5 stars to 3. After the first week.. i started getting ERRORS when trying to play some videos. Some works fine. Others don't. MANY don't. I contacted customer service twice. Each time was told to tweek my devices and it would work. Have followed through and still MANY videos not working. SIGH!!

I registered for 1 year, but in less than 2 monthes the app logged me out, and it doesn't let me log in. I tryed to change password but the link is not loading the password change page!!! no support yet!!

I don't know if it's a good app because you just go into paying for a subscription. They should just make it an app you have to buy on the app store if you will start the app by making an account then paying for it anyways without seeing it.
