I have been using this app for few months now and it has been giving me positive results but for the past few days whenever I buy a number for Whatsapp it won't work, what they usually say to me is that the number is invalid I'm just getting tired of the app @wabiteam try and resolve this issue or create a page where we can contact customer service for refund
App not working...Very bad service, I lost subscription money for 3 numbers and the numbers were not even activated. Also one number was charged via 2 payment sources, no refund or resolution even after multiple emails to support team. They only said buy new number... I got another number to test, which worked but now the APp is not working so I cannot get the OTP code for setup... Worst service ever...
Been using the app for over two years. There subscription service is pretty expensive and so many times got me thinking (especially when i receive there invoice from my bank) if it worth the investment. I've sent messages to there support several times and no reply...(which means if i have problem with this app in the future they won't provide me a solution, they only care buh there money). I'll love to buy the number permanently. At any cost. I hate monthly reoccurring asf.
This is a fantastic app. It does what it says!. Gives you a phone number to verify accounts. But I'd be interested even more if the developer could add an option for number owners to record a voice mail greeting so the number can also be used for people to leave messages on. I'm not looking for outward or inward calling just an option in the app to enable a pre recorded message saying you can leave a voice message. It would make the app even more useful. Hope you consider. Thanks.
this app keeps frustrating me. I've been using a visa card to pay since I registered working a bit fine. In the third month of renewal, I was notified that the same card couldn't be used. A day to deadline of termination, it went through. I'm very angry now because it's repeating itself again, telling me the card is closed. I tried using another card for payment, and it kept declining. Is this how you treat people who patronize you?? ðŸ˜
Not a good experience. The trial for all the numbers where its available is coming as, Sorry an error free trial not available and directly being asked to purchase the number. Logic is when we have not tried an app and are not aware of the performance, how come they expect us to but the number directly. Better not to waste time in downloading this app...
I believe this app is some kind of fraud. WhatsApp business doesn't work on it, the support clearly mentioned they don't support premium digital numbers subscriptions. when I told Wabi's support, they said no this is because of the trail, purchase the number and this issue won't exist. I purchased the number and same thing. when i contacted them once more, they say, you need to purchase another number. there is no refund for the old number.
Top app. Polite language, quick response, loads quick. This is exactly what I wanted. I've noticed here people complaining of why credit card on free trial, let me mention that even in Netflix you can't try without credit cards. It's the trend in modern business. Theres nothing free. Well at least you should own a credit card.
These guys are just awesome. Unlike so many other virtual number apps they do know what they are out here to do. The verification process worked like charm. I wish you guys offer these virtual numbers for calling and receiving calls as well. Kindly let me know if you have any other app which gives virtual numbers for calls I will delightfully download and subscribe to your services over and over again because you guys came through. You rock!!!
Had a problem receiving Amazon codes on 7 numbers that I've bought, though I usually get the service without problems, I've tried to solve my issue but the customer service didn't fix the problem, and now they're not answering my messages on whatsapp, so untill a fix to the issue came in the air with a fair refund on the days passed from the numbers period, only 1 star that I could give, as you know, money doesn't fall from the sky.
