I give no stars i tried to unsubscribe before the 3 day trial was up and I cant even find the unsubscribe, it just shows uninstall on it. they took $32.09 out of my account and I want my damn money back asap

I requested a refund because this app isn't compatible with my watch phone. I'm paying for a full year for a stupid app I will never use and I've emailed them twice with no answer back. Garbage!!

*WARNING* Had this app for several weeks now and have found no way to pair!!! Checked the reviews too late because SEVERAL others have had the same issue and this company will NOT refund ANY money!!!!!!

Doesn't connect to the phone after 5 restarts and 5 re installs. Yet there was no trouble taking a payment for an app that doesnt work. No apps on the watch either. Don't waste your time and money on this.

DONT BUY THIS APP!!! The QR CODE doesn't work for Samsung watches, it wouldn't download and kept repeating same notification even when I tried to re-start the app and watch...Also I emailed right away to get a response for a refund NO ANSWER as well Google sucks at helping you get your money back on any of their apps that they recommend and sell on this google play...sadly they dont care

the app should let the watch download apps Google play. Where is the function for apps downloading such as reading blood sugar. The watch did not come with the function to test the blood sugar however it said it did.

this came up during registration. accidentally thought it was part of the purchase of my watch. turns out I don't need it. doesn't seem to work. keeps saying it's disconnected. cant find a way to get a refund, either 😭 edit: thank you for reaching out. email sent.

it doesn't work and they double the price of the app. very frustrating and I can't get anyone to respond to me about a refund

junk eats battery up. Also, it charged my PayPal account , the app said free, and I could not find a way to cancel or get my money back. total ripoff would not refund. support offered no solution. STAY AWAY No option to select free. It defaults to the paid version, and they will not refund. IGNORE ACE REPLY, THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT REFUND. DONT BE A VICTIM LIKE I WAS.

Like other people I installed the app with a free trial, less thanan hour later I realized it was the wrong app for my watch and cancelled subscription, and found out the next day that I had been charged ,bad business practice

absolutely do not use this app. like other, i mistakenly downloaded this app thinking it was the app I needed for my watch. I was offered a free trail and then immediately charged $35. horrible app. I followed what they told others to use the feedback option and nothing. I will be filling fraud charges on it the purchase

doesn't work. instructions are vague. no way to connect watch with any method and can't figure out how to make the code work or even if it's the right code because the instructions are non existent. also, it's awful you have to pay to use anything on it. Even actually use it. and you need to be a paying member for pretty much the ability to connect it even because "faster connection speeds" was one of the membership "perks". looks like a bad scam for money. disgusting and unhelpful. please fix.

this app was a sponsored app when I was looking for the app for a virtual fitness app. unknowingly, I selected it and signed up for it with the offer of a few dollars per month but was charged the full year. when I realized 30 minutes later I had made a mistake, I reached out to get a full refund. 3 days later, I received an email saying my refund request was denied because it did not meet their refund policy. dont fall for it, it is a scam, a bunch of thief. I will report it to the BBB.

Absolutely Disgusting ! I Was lucky because I have fraud Alert. They're bold type assurance, during setup, that you need credit card for, by the way, which CLAIMS your card will not be charged, is --->🐴 _$H|+,

horrible app, doesn't connect with huawei watches by any means given, and it is also just ad ware. do not get this. at least they bothered to make an ai to reply to the reviews, or a human, I can't tell

watch is garbage as well as this aps. customer service is the worst. I would never buy from this China scam. bought this watch for $159 subscription for watch to work $29.99 frustrating that there is no aps on phone to download. keeps saying to download . there is no download anything at all. on watch the date remains the same next day. been 5 days I have been wearing it and keep changing date everyday. waste of my money.

Sent feedback in "Settings > Feedback". No response. No 3 day trial and NO REFUND!!! I was offered a 3 day trial. After several pop ups offering a discount for one year I entered all my info and was immediately charged. So misleading and dishonest. I had the app for less than an hour, didn't work!! so I uninstalled and canceled. You owe me a refund!!!!

I tried this app on a 3 day free trial and it was worthless, I made sure to unsubscribe before I Uninstaller it and now I am constantly getting notifications wanting me to reinstall telling me that my "subscription will pick up where I left off. " I have NEVER been bothered by ANY app I've ever downloaded on a free trial, unsubscribed, and uninstalled. I took screenshots, so I had best not end up getting charged for it. this feels FAR too shady for me!

I was misled by a supposed trial offer, as I was immediately charged without receiving the promised trial period, and the application did not function as expected on my Samsung watch. I have since uninstalled the application. I have requested a full refund via email and through the app itself. Given the circumstances, a full refund is warranted. I kindly request the return of my $17.99, as this is a significant amount to just give away.

this app was installed secretly after installation of another app that I intentionally downloaded for a smart watch. seems sketchy that I wasn't even notified or that it needs a 2nd app to run other commands. the first app is called Veryfit. ****Edit: This app installed without my approval or knowledge. What more clarity of issues do you need?
