I give no stars i tried to unsubscribe before the 3 day trial was up and I cant even find the unsubscribe, it just shows uninstall on it. they took $32.09 out of my account and I want my damn money back asap
I requested a refund because this app isn't compatible with my watch phone. I'm paying for a full year for a stupid app I will never use and I've emailed them twice with no answer back. Garbage!!
*WARNING* Had this app for several weeks now and have found no way to pair!!! Checked the reviews too late because SEVERAL others have had the same issue and this company will NOT refund ANY money!!!!!!
Doesn't connect to the phone after 5 restarts and 5 re installs. Yet there was no trouble taking a payment for an app that doesnt work. No apps on the watch either. Don't waste your time and money on this.
DONT BUY THIS APP!!! The QR CODE doesn't work for Samsung watches, it wouldn't download and kept repeating same notification even when I tried to re-start the app and watch...Also I emailed right away to get a response for a refund NO ANSWER as well Google sucks at helping you get your money back on any of their apps that they recommend and sell on this google play...sadly they dont care
the app should let the watch download apps Google play. Where is the function for apps downloading such as reading blood sugar. The watch did not come with the function to test the blood sugar however it said it did.
this came up during registration. accidentally thought it was part of the purchase of my watch. turns out I don't need it. doesn't seem to work. keeps saying it's disconnected. cant find a way to get a refund, either 😠edit: thank you for reaching out. email sent.
it doesn't work and they double the price of the app. very frustrating and I can't get anyone to respond to me about a refund
junk eats battery up. Also, it charged my PayPal account , the app said free, and I could not find a way to cancel or get my money back. total ripoff would not refund. support offered no solution. STAY AWAY No option to select free. It defaults to the paid version, and they will not refund. IGNORE ACE REPLY, THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT REFUND. DONT BE A VICTIM LIKE I WAS.
Like other people I installed the app with a free trial, less thanan hour later I realized it was the wrong app for my watch and cancelled subscription, and found out the next day that I had been charged ,bad business practice
