The app malfunctions, sometimes. The cars now are dirty, the wait times for a waymo are longer, the pick up times are longer and sometimes they give you a set time and out of nowhere changes to a longer pick up time. Sometimes the waymo cars get stuck.

Scheduling system allowed me to select a car and gave me an ETA. The car remained showing as “1 minute away. Dropping another driver off.” For 20 minutes. I chatted with support, and they confirmes no cars were actually free. System needs improvement to not waste customers’ time.
