it's so good but why it's not support message from messenger and outlook please add them and application on Android phones doesn't support sync all contact from phone i must add them manual

Great app, love the customisation of the smart watch one issue though. kindly requesting to improve the sedentary reminder section especially the medicine taking part. want it to be more user friendly and be able to remind me take medicine 3 times a day. thank you 😊

unfortunately not a good app. it does not let me go pass any more unless I give it permission to record audio or my location. I don't even let my wife know my location let along this app.

Everytime I go to an app I have to scan a bar code and it don't work I can't transfer anything from my phone to the watch. can anyone help to figure out how to use this.

This program has a lot of problems and it keeps closing and not working properly. Please update it to fix it. I use the translator gadget.

the app asks for a credit card saying it won't be charged, immediately got a text from capital one asking about a new charge to the card. Definitely a scam

just got some AI translation earbuds and it says to use this app. I go to register y account and put in a password and it doesn't except it. I have done a combo of letters and numbers but it still won't except the password.

overall ok, but many ads, dials mostly for purchase, can't delete dials if Maximum reached, which is 6.

( After the lastest update the app no longer show the phone's notifications on the watch ). The baidu navigation doesn't work in Brazil. It shows no results to your searches, making it impossible to select a final destination.

Wearfit APP doesn't connect to smartwatch which is the worst experience ever..Wearfit App.Foreign not english, so many ads don't focus on fitness at all. Also, Wearfit APP is all over the place ,that doesn't allow you to log out of Wearfit APP. Which is very confusing and scary. Now I have a smartwatch that does nothing it says it does. False advertisements have just been told the truth. Waste of time and money, I am so disappointed 😞

I'm soo angry right now after I login it's writing Chinese and I can't go to the next step I've uninstalled and installed again but nothing is working...why make an app you can't update ? nothing on the app is working and im very upset I entered my country hoping it was going to put English but at the final Step Chinese again😠 my data was wasted for nothing

The GPT features of this watch do not work at all on the watch. That was the main reason I purchased it. Despite changing the language to English the interface still has a lot of Chinese characters throughout. The app is very buggy and seems more to be there to promote you purchasing watch faces and watching stupid tik Tok like videos. The weather app on the watch will not switch to Fahrenheit. I'm going to be uninstalling this app and getting rid of this watch it's worthless.

Misleading and Broken "Gold Beans" & "Welfare Dials" System: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the "Gold Beans" reward system. The app heavily promotes a feature where users can complete daily tasks to earn "Gold Beans," which can then supposedly be redeemed for "Welfare Dials" (watch faces). In practice, this system appears to be entirely non-functional and misleading. Here are the key issues: No Rewards, Arbitrary Point Expiration, Unresponsive Support. This is DECEPTIVE.

Bad successive updates ..! With the update, many features were lost, for example, displaying the caller’s data on the watch, so the name of the caller who is not registered in the watch’s log is not displayed, which is a very limited number.

I have several smart watches... mostly varying in color.. however, even though I like to watch.... this is the worst software that I have come across and it seriously needs to be upgraded. it is not use a friendly and it has way too many ads.... the other smartwatch software that I use don't have any ads whatsoever this is terrible

Can't even register my account. Entered the verification code, agree to the terms and hit the next button. Then a pop up message appears in Chinese. I don't speak or read Chinese so HTF am I supposed to use the app for my translation ear phones? An answer from the devs would be nice...

Wearfit Pro is a Chinese app, and while I selected the international version, it still has a lot of information in Chinese. I couldn't find a way to change all of it to English. I also noticed that when I selected English on settings, it didn't really do a lot. I also tried to change measurements type to American, such as pounds, inches, and Fahrenheit, but it didn't work. Need to expand setting capabilities or create an English version.

it does have adds and they do pop-ups, but the watch itself wasnt pricey and it looks like the fruit watch. it does what I want it to do. a little confusing for setup. the best feature for me is find my phone, and find my watch because I misplaced my phone constantly. you get what you paid for.

LOTS of advertising, very poor software development, poorly translated to English. Very disappointed about the software and the watch faces, I can't any serious one that I could use, even if you pay $2 each. They is no instructions, no manual, and it's not intuitive to use. The use of the watch itself is cumbersome, and the displayed charts and information are fictitious. I don't recomend this to anyone.
