So here's my take on Weather Radar Home. I've tested a bunch of weather apps and this one's pretty good overall. The radar features are super useful and I like how you can customize the maps. The forecasts have been accurate in my experience too. Doesn't have every bell and whistle, but it covers the basics really well. The only downsides are the ads and the fact that it can get a little repetitive after a while. But for a free app, it's hard to complain. I'd recommend it if you want a simple, no-frills way to stay on top of the weather.
