Stop sending messages about referring friends everyday. I don't have 1000 investor friends. Maybe gift for something different like everyone else. probably going to sell when profitable and to to another app. Your app held my order for hours after purchase and automatically cancelled it. I lost money during that time. 1 more of those and I'm out. Also, you need much more crypto options. Promo said up to 8300 in free stock. I got 8 bucks........ Thanks for that

Out of the half dozen or so apps that I've been trying for the last approximately 6 months this one ranks in the middle. Decent interface, with a lot of information. My biggest complaints would be the poor customer service, and VERY slow transaction time compared to others. For example if you're trying to make a deposit to capitalize on a purchase FORGET IT! Instantaneous almost on several other platforms! (Fix these issues and I'll raise my rating)

Piss poor customer support. Hands down. The app is pretty good, better than Robinhood, but when a trading app won't display the stock info, don't argue with me and tell me I could have bought or sold without pricing info. Anyone willing to do that is an idiot, and so was that support tech for suggesting it. One of many little things.

To many permissions asked if us. Transferring or cashing out all 4 of my accounts. The Paine is great. The costumer service if wonderful and quick to fix any issues, but the things they want us to agree on in the permissions is unfathomable. Sorry webull, i have to bow out of your platform. Good luck, and thank you ti costumer service ppl, they've done a great job.

I have to say out of all the brokerage apps I've tried this is probably the best one. It has longer extended hours trading than any other brokerage I've used. Very good market data. Having a comment section for specific stocks is a nice touch. There are still some things they could improve on. Their customer service is abysmal. I've tried calling them multiple times, and they never answer. If they added OTC stocks that would be a huge plus. Addition of dogecoin would also be nice.

The absolute worst trading app in the playstore. Not user friendly. Robinhood is 100x better. I only signed up to get the free stock. If I would have known how terrible their application was and how hard it is just to find something as simple as an account balance, I would have never signed up. Deleting and never using again.

I like the Webull app overall but it takes forever for funds to deposit into your account. Schwab only takes one maybe two days. Also, P/L data and calendar are ALWAYS inaccurate. I use this to keep track of profits from day trading. It has me in the red when it should be green. And, it's getting worse. Also, the few long positions I have are making the Day's PL negative when gains have been consistently high for weeks (Sony and Roblox) despite the Open showing the gains.

Every time the app opens, there is a pop-up for up sales or promotions, and transferring money in takes over a week to complete. To withdraw money more than 5k, requires verification, even i sent in everything and still got denied. Tried 4 times, finally got the money, it took over a week. Their excuse is security concerns, yeh right, its a simple withdraw from webull back to my personal checking that is the same account i use to deposit money to them. I don't trust them with my money.

Untrustworthy company. For weeks they ignored communication attempts. One response a month ago tells me they would get around to me. Two months ago I had some difficulty getting set up. Got it all working and now Webull is not upholding their end of the deal. I fulfilled the requirements for the promotion (twice) and help center refuses to give the stock. Menu shows no acknowledgement of my free stocks. All funds are settled for at least 30 days. Took weeks to close my account. Good riddance.

The app itself is decent, but the customer service is atrocious. None of their "promotions" seem to work. My friend referred me and neither of us received our "free stocks". When I contacted customer support they were unhelpful and seemed to barely be able to write coherently. Hesitant to add more money cause of how unhelpful staff are if something goes wrong.

There's always an issue lately with Webull. First it's now impossible to reach customer support. They've removed access and replaced it with FAQ. This is a major problem. They also finally caught up with Robinhood doing instant deposits and withdrawals only it's doesn't work. It's impossible to link a debit card without getting an error message saying your phone number is in the wrong format. Of course it's not and it's been broken for 2 months. No way to get a hold of any support to fix it.

I just really can't stand using this new version of Webull. It is really inconvenient to use. Here are the lists. 1. Screener tab is gone on main market. It's hidden somewhere at more tab and when you want to use it. It's unfriendly user now. No listing names on the side, when you click on one stock. You have to go back and forth on the tab. 2. On main market tab, it usually had listing stock names on the side, when you click to see stock chart. Now you have to go back and forth all the time.

This was a good trading platform. Some found it complex, but that's what I liked. Lots of info available for you. Worth learning how to use...if you don't mind relearning it every few months. Webull tech team. Please go easy in the updates! Bug fixes and occasional useful additions are welcomed. Changing the format and moving important resources every couple of months isn't. I still haven't finished finding features that you moved the location of 2 updates ago! Now there's another?! I'm scared..

Overall a very informative app with nice comment functionality and news for various stocks. More robust than Robinhood. However, their support is TERRIBLE. I tried transferring shares into the app and it failed, but with no information as to why it failed. After two weeks of sending messages to WeBull support (both in the app and via email), no one has responded except to tell me to send a message in the app, which I've already done. I do not recommend because their support is non-existent.

Not really for daytraders. Overly complicated and takes 5 business days to transfer money over.. unless you want to wire it. That means if you find a stock at a good price, and your webull wallet is empty, you better hope it stays that price 5 days later when you can actually purchase it. Also, it took three months to get the proper micro transactions from webull to link my bank account. It would be nice to do fractional shares too. All in all this app looks nice but that's about it.

Setting up an account is easy. Transferring money from your bank is easy. Trying to get your money back requires jumping through hoops, calling customer service, waiting 5 business days while they casually get around to verifying the bank documents (statement and letter from the bank) they required before they would allow withdrawls. I cannot recommend this platform, as they clearly are intent on making it difficult to get your money back out once you've put it in. Beware.

Wow. Webull lures you in with a nice-looking app and free stocks and then really drops the ball when it comes tax time. No forms available until mid-February and they marked my brokerage 1099 as having incorrect information. No problem, let me see what went wrong... Oh oops. You have to request the document, sign out, wait 10 minutes, then come back and maybe they'll give it to you then. Incredibly poor experience. So glad I transferred everything to TD Ameritrade.

All things considered, I like this app. However, it can be very misleading which has bit me a few times. Example 1) I placed a limit buy on a security that was still in a "closed" state. I expected it to either reject the order or queue up my order for when the security opened for pre-market trading. Not only did it take my order, but it executed at the limit price which was well above the last close.

What haven't liked about it so far is: deposits take forever to settle, partial stocks are unavailable (or atleast I haven't found them easily), the UI is complicated, and you must wait for money to settle to buy crypto (which takes about 2 weeks it seems). There are a few things I do like though: they are constantly running promos for free stocks, there are a lot of advanced features for those who are knowledgeable, and they do Roth IRAs. Overall, there are better easier trading apps.

This new webull app is absolutely horrible. I used to love this platform, but not now. Obviously someone who doesn't day trade updated this app. It is incredibly difficult to follow, and I requested to go back to the old version, but is not allowed. I have sent them 7 different messages showing them examples of how things are so different. A few examples will be, you cannot follow the price action from the day before, when you're trading options, it's difficult. Very very frustrating
