I rarely give 5 stars. I've been using the app for a few years now and was always bothered by how "plain" it was. Also, I did not like that there was no access to the history and was relegated to going into my email if i forgot the weights while changing tandems. Now, the history is included, as it should have always been. Awesome!

I love the CAT Weigh My Truck App! So much more convenient and time saving. No more straining to reach the button and trying to communicate over bad speakers! Simple to input the information from my truck. Also, with the prepaid option I don't even have to go inside to get the printed ticket. I get an Email copy and can put that straight into the file where it's needed or email it to my office! Note: I do usually get my printed ticket for verification and because I want my CAT SUPER TRUCKS CARD!

The only thing that I don't like is if I add a recipient two the email list they never receive the email. seems like I have to delete it all and start over again before they will receive the email.

Great until it wasn't, not sure if it was on the company end or the App end but WTH is Preet Sohi? can't even scale anymore without that info.

Love the App, saves me tons of G time as every load I haul is either heavy. or loaded oddly, so they all have to be weighed. Thank you for this..

exact and easy to use. weighs, I trust. per CAT serviceman scales are calibrated every 3 months.

Worked when I was working with my first company. Changed companies and now I can't even get logged in after resetting my password. This app needs IT attention.

Other than it checks for updates every time it's opened, it's great. If it checked for updates two minutes ago I would just about bet there's not one now.

Simple without leaving my truck and I can pull up a copy of past weights! Also really like it will email me a copy as well.

I open it and checks for updates for about 10 seconds and kicks me out. Over and over again. Works fine on my Samsung tablet. I wish I could get it fixed on this phone. It would be a great app. The app admin has not answered with a fix or replied.

before You stopped automatically printing pre-paid scale tickets, I would have gave 5 stars. It is an incredible time saver. However for the first couple if weeks after You discontinued automatically printing the scale tickets, the scale attendants did not know how to print the tickets. This was a huge inconvenience for me. We slip-seat at our operation and are required to leave a printed ticket for the next driver, so for those two weeks I was not able to leave the tickets for the next driver

the app is great but there are certain areas that have cat scales where the app doesn't work. one is the ta of exit I believe 207 and a center off 90/94 exit 55 if I remember right. and I am not saying that it is that way for everyone but those are the 2 that the app didn't work for me

Hauling LP I use cat scales often, half the time I pull on a scale it never registers my weight I have to call the clerk and then go in and pay out of my own pocket. Other times it gives me an error code. The app would be great if these issues could be corrected.

This in my opinion is the best app. Out there it is simple easy and saves a bunch of time. You no longer have to weigh park go in get a ticket adjust you axels reweigh find a parking spot go in and hope you are in weight. You easily weigh it shows you what tour weights are. You no longer have to get a slip. It is e- mailed right to you. Awesome and easy. Love it 😀

Love that you can enter all the information needed yourself on your smartphone while on the scale. You can see the weights on your smartphone instantly and can even reweigh after adjusting all without going into the truck stop at all. So very fast and convenient. Less misunderstanding through intercom speaker. Much quicker all the way around. Since it's prepaid can still walk into fuel desk for a hard copy if you want before leaving that location. It's already printed and waiting for you.

Got it to work once, all the other times I tried to use it I get the failed to communicate with scale equipment message. But it was real nice the one time it did work. It's been awhile and I have been using the app just fine. I was going to up the star rating to a 4 but then this new update came out and I wish I never upgraded to it. My main complaint is the print on it is too small and hard to read. I can find anyway to enlarge the print on it without changing the font size on my phone.

This app is great, its accurate and I haven't had any problems locating scales. It saves alot of time I feel like especially if you have to re-weigh. You can see your weight without having to go inside and you can pay all through the app. I still have to go inside to get a hard copy but you dont have to wait to see your weight then go outside and change it, then reweigh and come back inside to see the change if your legal or not.

I like the app a lot but for some reason at some locations, I'm not able to use the app. After I agree to pay, a pop-up displays telling me I need to activate the "alarm setting" within the app for it to function....why does your app need the alarm setting to be active in order to work? It does not happen all the time just some locations. I have android and this is annoying.

Honestly, I can't get the app to work at all. It takes almost 10 minutes to get to the login screen. Then, it takes about another 10 minutes to decide to tell me something went wrong when I try to log in. I can't use the create new account or lost password either, as all I get is an "error code 404, page not found," after waiting a while for either screen to load. It's faster to just walk in, get my scale ticket, adjust my tandems if needed, and then re-scale.

This app saves a whole lot of hassle. It immediately tells you the axle and gross weights and if they're acceptable, you don't need to find a parking spot and go inside. If they need to be adjusted, you can take care of that and do a reweigh from the app as well. My one complaint is that it doesn't let you put in your info before going on the scale. It asks for truck, trailer, and load number. I pickup different trailers every day, so I have to edit that info every time.
