Here’s what you do: there’s a Points system where you track the foods you eat. And it’s got a big database of foods so it’s easy to log meals. There’s also live Workshops with coaches, and you can get a custom medication plan if you’re eligible. New feature is you can meet with a Registered Dietitian for meal planning too – that’s been really helpful.
Look, if you’re trying to lose weight and get healthy, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the app can be a bit glitchy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need some extra support.
