Have to do this to keep premiums down on insurance. Most of it is stuff you always hear, exercise, eat healthy, watch your weight, etc, etc... They give you daily tasks, most are just reading tips to help you with increasing your time exercising. What I do like is: you have a personal " coach" if you have questions or need suggestions on modifications geared towards your personal situation. I usually get a response within an hour or two from when I sent questions to them.

The app is alright. It needs a little work when it comes to the communication aspect of it all. But all in all it's a pretty good app
Its great when it works. I have it set to remind me for meds and other tasks and often doesnt do this, or will send a late reminder as I log in. I also dont get always get a notifications that I have a message. That said its amazing for tracking my bp, when I take meds, and receive articles.
Nice app with reminders although I keep forgetting to check everyday. This is not the fault of the app, it is my fault. I just need to get used to checking every day. The app is Very helpful and easy to use. It motivates me more than anything else has done so far. Like anything new it will take a little time to remember to exercise and report to the app. I also got a smartwatch that tracks exercises that I'm getting used to. This app gives me the push I need to get going. Thank you.
I forget who I'm talking to all the time, but that's me and my issues. id like to be able to set times when measuring pain and other daily tasks as well as be able to undo tasks if I accidentally completed the wrong one or I didn't get the chance to read the article but I want to but don't have time rn I guess I could favorite it I just haven't looked for favorites to see where I find them. also nagging reminders are needed fore as I get distracted easily and if I don't act on 1st I don't do it
My insurance company "suggested" I use this app and would receive compensation to be used for OTC medications and other incidentals. They lied. There has been no compensation after using the app for over 6 months. After 2 weeks, the step tracker stopped working and I have not been able to get it engaged, no matter what I do in the app settings or my phone settings. I will continue to do the daily checklist for the time being, but if the company doesn't keep their end, I will delete the app.
Was fine until a couple of days ago. Now, the checklist won't load. Yesterday, I had to turn my phone off and back on to get it to cooperate.
love this app!! Has so much more than I thought it would! Love the reminders, and very pleased with the articles on my various conditions. Highly recommend!
I always get a response back. the nurse I'm talking with Bruce is great and understanding. I am getting good information from this app
Helpful, but 2 things: Deleting a med says "ends today" instead of removing it is annoying. I change schedules every week with 2 schedules for 3 different drops for eye surgeries and I'm relying on alarms instead of the app due to that. There are about 12 on there now for the next 3 weeks and some need to go. Also would like an "as needed" med option. Otherwise, no complaints other than a confusing "New App" message (delete which? same name) but it leads to a dead link so moot point really.
